Did you know that 88% of people trust online reviews as much as they trust a recommendation from a friend or family member? This tells us the importance of online reviews on all platforms.

If you are proud of your centre, the care your staff members provide, the uniqueness of your centre and any other innovations your centre has, it is imperative to ask the parents that attend your service to leave reviews online.

Most likely the parents that attend your service would agree that you’re doing a great job, and would be happy to share that online. Care for Kids makes it easy to prompt and encourage parents to write a review about your service. All you need to do is log in to your CareforKids.com.au profile and trigger an invitation from the dashboard.

The ratings invitation is a free service and will be sent to all parents currently enrolled in your service.

When parents are looking for childcare centres, especially if they are searching in a new area, they may rely solely on online reviews. Positive reviews encourages parents to enquire about your centre and effectively spreads the word about your centre and the environment you offer for children and families.

The ratings invitation is a free service and will be sent to all parents currently enrolled in your service. Care for Kids has a unique rating system that encourages parents to review out of five over eight different categories:

As well as asking parents whether they would recommend your service to a friend or family member.

For services who have never sent parents a ratings invitation before, and are a little unsure about the process, we'd encourage you to contact support@careforkids.com.au, we will send you a unique link along with simple instructions on how it works and how to invite parents to rate and review your service.

Our ratings and reviews system has a built-in safeguard to ensure that parents who are leaving reviews have children that are attending or have attended your service. You will also have the ability to review and reply to reviews and comments.

This makes it easier to manage your reputation and to manage concerns and issues privately and not in the public domain. If you have any questions about the ratings and reviews process, reach out to our support team at support@careforkids.com.au on how to trigger an invitation.

Remember, the last opportunity you have to convince a parent to enroll in your centre, is online!
