Position Overview

Position Overview

Initially, I started as a Consultant, learning all aspects of recruitment, New Business Development, Account Management, preparation of lists for cold calling, writing ads and sourcing candidates. As I became settled in this position very easily and over-achieved on my Monthly Budgets I received a promotion to Senior Consultant and accepted new responsibilities including training new staff which I enjoyed.

Reason for Leaving

This was a career change for me to try something new, whilst this was a nice change and a good experience it wasn’t for me and it helped me realise that I would like to return to my love for working with children again.

This was a full time care role of both the children and management of the household where I was responsible for the families food shop, preparing meals, all laundry duties, making and changing beds, running errands etc.
