I'm Antoine. I moved to Australia from France over ten years ago now, on what was meant to be a one year sabbatical. A visual artist and musician, I consider myself an "epicurian" creating and capturing beauty in shadows, light, colour, sound. With the birth of my first child, Hazel, my eyes opened to the love, light and laughter that children manifest. Wanting to capture these precious moments, I looked for a family photographer, but none were within reach of our budget, and none I felt captured those raw, natural moments that I so cherished. And so Malo photography was born.

With a determination to offer my clients an affordable service which would provide them with raw, natural, authentic images, memories of this moment in time. Having photographed families, newborns, maternity shoots, engagement's and special celebrations, I can say with certainty, that photography has given me the tools to witness, capture and immortalise hundreds of precious moments shared between loved ones, even the hairy and fluffy ones.

I offer 4 different packages:

LA PETITE As the saying goes – the days are long but the years are short. Capturing your family now will make memories for years to come, think of this session as a time capsule for your children and future generations. This photography package includes:

• 1 photoshoot (up to 30 minutes).
• 5 High-resolution professional photos to choose from a private online gallery of 30+ photos.
• Options to purchase additional photos and prints.
• Available to individuals, families, maternity, and newborns.

LA MOYENNE My most popular offer! A newborn or family photography session (up to one hour) in Brisbane or Surrounds and 15 high-resolution photos to select from a private online gallery of 60+ photos. Once you have selected and downloaded your photos, you will receive a Malo Photography wooden USB stick with your photos loaded in. This photography package includes:

• 20 min video call consultations before the session (optional).
• 1 Photoshoot (up to one hour).
• 15 High-resolution digital photos to choose from a private online gallery of 60+ photos.
• 1 wooden USB stick backup with your photos.
• Options to purchase additional photos and prints.
• Available to individuals, families, maternity, and newborns.

LE PHOTOBOOK Our beautifully printed, leather-bound photobook will keep your family photos safe and will be a joy to look at and to show your friends when they come over. Every book comes with a hard sleeve to protect it from little hands. You don’t need to worry about designing the layout of your photo book, we take care of everything. You just need to select your 40 photos from your private online gallery of 60+ photos and let us know what you would like to be written on the sleeve and the photobook cover. (Please allow up to 4 weeks for us to organise your photobook). The photography package includes:

• 20 min video call consultations before the session (optional).
• 1 Photoshoot (up to one hour).
• 40 High-resolution photos to choose from a private online gallery of 60+ photos.
• 1 Personalised photobook 28 pages plus a protection sleeve.
• 1 Malo Photography backup USB stick.

LA GRANDE Crafted for a lifestyle documentary session, this package was originally designed to capture the heart of your family. This 2 hour session is also perfect for all sorts of events like christenings, birthday parties, engagement sessions, home births, weddings (may need an extension) and more. Lifestyle Shoot Let’s create some joyful family memories (2 hours). Think of this session as an exciting time to get together with your partner and your little ones. This isn’t about posing and smiling at the camera. Possibilities are limitless and here are a few examples of things that can be done and professionally photographed:

• Making sand castles all together at the beach. (perfect time to reconnect with your little ones)
• Baking some pancakes (or yummy treats). Let’s get the kitchen messy to keep it real!
• Building a fire in the backyard and roasting some marshmallows with the grownups.
• Playing hide and seek in your family house.
• Get the noodles and the floaties out - today is pool party! (don’t forget the yummy morning or afternoon tea)
• EventsI will work with you to capture your special event - ensuring the photos are a real, raw, and authentic memory of the moments that passed. This package is perfect for: Birthday parties. Think cake smash, party games, the joyful surprise of opening gifts or perhaps the tricky task of blowing out 50 candles on a cake. Each and every year, from those early giggles to our wrinkled smiles.
• Christenings. With an understanding of the significance of this sacred celebration, I will artistically document every heartfelt moment, from the delicate baptismal ceremony to the joyful family gatherings that follow.
• Wedding photography, Engagement photography and Proposals
