We have been with learning tree family day care since January of 2018. Our son attends two days a week. Julieann is a passionate early childhood educator with an absolutely amazing space for the children to play. There is big open outdoor area inclusive of a pond and bird Avery as well as a smaller room for when the weather isn't so great. Her communication skills are great, particularly using an online app where we can keep track of our sons development. Julieann is very welcoming and she as well as our sons other educator have become part of our sons life. Learning Tree Family Day Care are very flexible which has been a massive help for parents working on rotating rosters. Highly recommended!

    • Stepping Stones FDC posted on 21-Jan-19, by Dana Murray

We highly recommend stepping stones FDC to anyone looking for the best care for their child/ren. Our son has now been with stepping stones FDC for almost two years this May. He started on his 1st Birthday. I found Susan through Gumtree and fell in love with her photos. I finally met Susan, enrolled our son and got to see the children's space in person. Susan has a beautiful backyard which is filled with natural materials for children to run and enjoy being in the outdoors. It consists of a pond, bridge, climbing wall, slide, outdoor room, bird Avery and so much more! Susan is highly attentive when it comes to the children's health and well being, particularly those colder months when they may require extra medication. Susan at Stepping Stones FDC is also quite flexible with starting and finishing times which has been a massive help for a person working on a rotating roster. Highly recommended!

    • The Infants Home Early Childhood Education and Care Centre - Robinson House posted on 21-Jan-19, by Jacqui Bootes

My son's last day at Robinson House was last week, and I was in floods of tears. All my three children attended the Infants Home, my eldest is now 12. I love the warmth, diversity and kindness I've experienced with the carers here. After ten straight years, I feel I am saying goodbye to friends. All three of my children were well prepared for school, with a nice balance of structure and freedom to explore the beautiful grounds of the houses, with lovely established trees. The carers are gentle and patient, from a wide range of backgrounds and I have always trusted their experience and integrity. My son had such an excellent year last year, he could have started Kindy last year as he turned 5 in May but I decided to hold him back. He wasn't at all bored, he was so engaged in many child-led projects and areas of discussion, he had strong friendships and gentle help from carers when there were minor issues. He's proud to be a good example to the younger kids. I'm so grateful. With its history, heritage buildings, compassionate charter and non-profit status, the Infants Home is a precious and incomparable resource to our community.
