Have tried multiple times to contact them in regards to getting educators details to enrol my son but was told “none of their educators have vacancies”. Asked to go on their waitlist with no response. Obviously they don’t care about their educators gaining clients…

Martina threatened us after we raised a few concerns at the service. We had to make a formal complaint to the department of education which took actions against this service, the educator was amazing to us but the admin staff especially Martina was absolutely awful and treated us the worse possible ways. Instead of working with us to find solutions. If they do something wrong, they won’t inform you or take accountability and will try to blame you and threaten you.

My son has been going to Riffat in Edmondson Park for over a year now and he absolutely loves going there. She is really wonderful with how understanding and accomodating she is of my work situation (shift worker🙄) which is great for me if I have to start a couple hours earlier than my usual. He is also currently going to Yasmeen in Preston’s temporarily and he enjoys it so much. Both lovely women.

We use Khin's family day care in constitution hill through all areas family day care and recommend her very highly. She has been taking care of our two little ones full time for over two years and has become a valued part of our family. Not only does she provide excellent care, but she has been instrumental in helping us through many transitions such as potty training and changes in nap schedules. Furthermore, she has been wonderful in working with the kids on letters, numbers, colours, and shapes. The kids day is wonderfully organised with outside time when possible and lots of fun activities throughout the day including song and dance time. If you are looking for quality and dedicated care for your little ones, Khin is an amazing educator!

Be careful with the Educators. My first daughter was with one that I cannot praise enough. Absolutely wonderful. Whereas with my second daughter I found somebody else from the same scheme and I thought she would operate under the same standards. Boy, was I wrong. Sadly dissapointed. So in a nutshell, a bit of a lottery. Good luck.
