Our daughter has now been at the centre for a month and we love it! We couldn’t be happier with our decision to move our daughter into the centre and we have felt so welcomed as a family.<br><br>The centre is always clean and well-maintained and we appreciate the consistency of the educators. We love that there are familiar faces in the rooms every day, even when the usual educators are away.<br><br>The communication from the centre has been amazing. We really appreciate being kept informed about the food, daily activities and upcoming events. It makes us feel involved in her day and gives us a wonderful insight into all the experiences she is having.<br><br>A special thank you to Neha, the centre manager, who has been incredibly helpful throughout the onboarding process. Starting at a new centre was a big decision for us and Neha has gone above and beyond to make the process smooth and welcoming. We appreciate the care she has taken to check that our daughter is feeling safe and settled each day. Her support has made such a difference to our experience as a family.<br><br>We would also love to recognise Chloe and Sonia, two of our daughter’s room educators, for making her feel so safe, comfortable and welcome from day one. Their kindness, care and support have helped her settle in so beautifully, and we are so grateful for the positive relationships they have built with her.<br><br>The best part is seeing just how happy our daughter is! Every morning, she tells us she is ready to go to “school” and absolutely loves running into the centre each day. Seeing her so excited to go speaks volumes about the environment the team has created. We have noticed so much growth in her confidence, development and overall happiness!<br><br>We are so grateful to have found this centre and cannot thank the team enough for the care and effort they put into making both children and families feel welcome. I’m so happy with the care and kindness shown to my son, Rudransh, at his childcare in Wollert. From the very first day, the staff have been so friendly, welcoming and caring. We are so happy with our decision to send our son to Future Leaders Academy. ❤️ From the beginning, the educators have been so welcoming, caring, patient and understanding. They have taken the time to get to know him, understand his individual needs and support him in a way that works for him.<br><br>It has been so lovely to see him become more comfortable, confident and engaged in his kindergarten environment. After more than five weeks of sending our son to Future Leaders Academy, I feel we have had enough time to genuinely reflect on our experience, and I’m very happy to give the centre five stars.<br><br>As first-time parents, and with this being our son's first experience in childcare, the decision to send him to a centre was honestly quite stressful for us. With some of the concerning stories about childcare in the news recently, we naturally had a lot of worries about whether he would receive the care, attention and supervision we expected.<br><br>From the beginning, Neha was extremely helpful and reassuring. She patiently assisted us throughout the onboarding process, answered our questions and made us feel much more comfortable about the transition. When our son was unwell, she was also very understanding and accommodating with adjusting his days. A special thank you to Neha for making what was initially a difficult decision for us so much easier.<br><br>The educators have been wonderful as well. They are caring, attentive and professional, and they put genuine effort into helping our son settle in and become comfortable with the new environment. Seeing how smoothly he has transitioned over these weeks has given us a lot of confidence and peace of mind.<br><br>One of the things I appreciate most about Future Leaders Academy is the level of communication and transparency throughout the day. We receive frequent updates about our son — when and what he has eaten, how much he ate, his drinks, sleep, activities, nappy/check information and other details about his day. As a parent, being able to check these updates and know how he is doing without having to constantly call the centre is incredibly reassuring.<br><br>I’m also very impressed with how organised the centre is. The daily routines and activity timetables are well planned, there is a good variety of learning and play activities, the menus are thoughtfully organised, and the centre itself is well maintained. You can see that considerable planning goes into keeping the children engaged while maintaining a structured routine.<br><br>What matters most to us, though, is the care and attention our son receives. After seeing how the educators interact with him and how comfortable he has become at the centre, we feel much more at ease leaving him in their care.<br><br>For parents who are sending their child to childcare for the first time and may have the same worries we initially had, I can genuinely recommend Future Leaders Academy. Our experience so far has been extremely positive, and we really appreciate Neha and all the educators for the care, patience and support they have shown our son and our family.<br><br>Thank you to the entire Future Leaders Academy team. ❤️

It’s been almost a month since our 18-month-old son joined Future Leaders Academy, and we’ve had such a positive experience.<br><br>As first-time parents with an only child, sending him to daycare was quite worrying initially. The two orientation days and reassurance from the team made the transition so much easier. He currently attends two days a week, and we’re already planning to increase this to four because of how comfortable and confident we feel with his care.<br><br>In just a few weeks, we’ve noticed him becoming more independent with self-feeding and even sleeping without needing to be rocked. He now happily goes to his educators and genuinely seems to enjoy his days there. The regular app updates and transparency are also very reassuring.<br><br>A special mention to Neha, whose warmth and reassurance played a huge part in us choosing the centre, and to Zyaneb, who has been wonderful with our son. During one of his early drop-offs, I went back to check on him and saw her gently rocking him to sleep, such a simple moment, but it gave me so much comfort as a parent. ❤️<br><br>We’re very happy with our decision.<br>Would highly recommend Future Leaders Academy! 👌

I honestly can’t recommend Future Leaders Academy enough.<br><br>My little boy is 16 months old and after having a really difficult experience at another childcare centre, I was extremely nervous about starting him somewhere new. He never settled at the previous centre and cried for the entire day, so I eventually pulled him out.<br>The difference at Future Leaders Academy was incredible. He settled during his very first orientation session and on his actual first day, he cried for about 10 seconds before happily going off to play. I couldn’t believe it!<br>One of the first things I noticed was how calm the centre was. When I walked into the family grouping room, all the children were happily sitting and doing an activity. There was no screaming, crying or chaos, just such a calm and welcoming environment. I really believe this helped my son settle so quickly.<br>The centre is absolutely immaculate, the resources and toys are fantastic and the food is amazing. Everything is freshly prepared by the chef, and my son even had homemade granola on his first day!<br>Most importantly, the staff are wonderful. Everyone has been so warm and caring, and Neha, the Centre Director, has been amazing.<br>My son is so happy and has settled in incredibly well. After our previous experience, I’m so grateful to have found a centre where I feel completely comfortable leaving him. I honestly can’t fault Future Leaders Academy and would highly recommend it to any parent.

My son absolutely loves it here. All the educators and staff are so lovely, caring and welcoming. We’ve given this place our full trust, and we honestly couldn’t be happier. I would highly recommend it to anyone with a little one. Definitely worth giving this place a go.
