I absolutely loved Guardian (Wollert)! Their staff, each one of them that are involved with my child were amazing (in terms of communication and genuine care). It was a second home for my child, I honestly could not be happier with my child’s experience there. I would highly recommend Guardian (Wollert) to anyone looking for a childcare.

We are very happy with Guardian Wollert. The care they provide is excellent, and the staff are kind, patient, and attentive to the children’s needs. My children genuinely love coming here every day, which says a lot as a parent. The environment feels safe, welcoming, and engaging. The centre manager Sadaf and assistant manager Crystal are caring and approachable, ensuring each child receives individual attention. My child enjoys attending the centre, and I would recommend it to other families.

I recently enrolled my child at Guardian, and I’m really happy with the experience. The team is respectful, kind, and caring toward both the kids and the parents. I especially want to thank Sadaf , the floor manager she truly cares a lot about the children. Even when I ask for something extra, she never hesitates and always helps us with a smile. Her kindness and dedication really make a difference. Thank you to Sadaf and the whole team for creating such a warm and caring environment for our kids.

My wife and I had high hopes for this childcare centre, especially since our elder child had a wonderful experience at Guardian Blackburn. However, our experience during orientation at this location was shocking and deeply disappointing. We have two children – a 9-month-old and a 3.5-year-old. During orientation for our younger one, my wife was handed a form to fill out, and that was essentially the extent of guidance she received. The educators seemed overwhelmed and inattentive. Our children, along with others, were left crying on the floor for an extended period and were blatantly neglected. When it came to feeding our baby, the educator simply warmed the bottle and gave it back to my wife, claiming that our child was unsettled and wouldn’t take it. We were left wondering: what would happen when we’re not there? Throughout the hour, the situation only improved briefly when the centre manager, Sadaf, walked in, making it clear that staff were not adequately handling the room on their own. The orientation session for our older child was no better. She was never once called to participate in any activities and remained disengaged. We even witnessed another distressed child, who was ignored by educators despite crying and asking simply to draw a picture of her mom. The educator handed the child paper and disregarded her for the entire hour. After sharing everything with me, I called Sadaf to express our concerns. Her response was unhelpful and dismissive; she suggested we attend again the next day to see if things improved. Given what we’d already witnessed, we had no confidence in leaving our children there. When we requested a refund of our bond, we were told it was non-refundable because we had "changed our mind." For the record, we did not simply change our mind – we were appalled by how children were being treated and did not feel it was a safe or nurturing environment for our kids. I also reached out to the head office, where a staff member listened politely but mostly tried to defend the educators’ conduct. Sadaf later called back with more excuses about the way children were being handled, none of which reassured us. Ultimately, no amount of money is worth risking our children’s well-being. I genuinely feel sorry for parents who leave their children here without knowing what actually goes on.

It’s my daughter first childcare: The center manager and assistant are very helpful and work hard to ensure everything is well organized and running smoothly. The educators are supportive, friendly, and always willing to assist parents in making sure the children are engaged in their learning. They focus on helping the kids improve their skills and development in a positive and nurturing environment. Overall, I feel confident that my daughter is in a safe, caring, and educational setting where her needs are understood and supported.

Hi all, when our daughter first started at Guardian in April 2025, she was shy and apprehensive. She would often cry and want to come back home, which made drop-offs a difficult time of day for us as parents. From the very beginning, despite these challenges, the educators at Guardian were nurturing, supportive, and incredibly patient with her. For us, this was the first real reassurance that our daughter was in good hands. With their encouragement and care, she gradually gained confidence, and now we find ourselves in the delightful position where she gets upset if she doesn’t get to go to childcare on her one a week at home (Tuesdays 🙂). Educators like Dee, Euresa have worked closely with her, always making her feel safe, valued, and heard. Their gentle and consistent approach has helped her blossom into a confident and happy child, something we are deeply grateful for. Every interaction makes it clear how much the educators genuinely care about the children. Some of the other educators who are also ad hoc involved in my daughter care like Shaun, Sandya, Ritika, Shelly and Priya are worth mentioning. The facilities are immaculate and among the best in the business I personally think, thoughtfully designed to help children learn, explore, and thrive. No matter the time of day, even when I arrive at 6:00pm close to closing time, the educators always welcome me with warm smiles and never rush through sharing important updates about my daughter’s day. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them when asked, which means so much to us as parents. A special mention to Whitney, the chef, who consistently provides the children with delicious and nutritious meals made in the centre's kitchen (Against plate meals). It’s reassuring to know our daughter is being cared for not only academically and emotionally but also nutritionally. Each morning and evening we’re greeted with a smile and kind word by Sadaf, the centre manager, or by Emma in her absence, small gestures that set such a positive tone. I’ve often said to my wife that choosing Guardian has been the best decision we’ve made for our daughter. While we waited patiently till, they finally got the nod/approval to open in April, she has since everything she needs to thrive, a safe environment, caring educators, enriching facilities, and a strong sense of belonging. We now have complete peace of mind knowing she is so well looked after. Thank you to the entire Guardian team, you’ve made a lasting difference in our daughter’s life, and in ours as parents. We strongly recommend Guardian to all those parents who are looking for a safe haven for their loved ones 🙂

Our aim, as a first time parent was to be assuring our daughter feels comfortable and happy going to a child care centre as we were not sure, what it is going to be like. Just few days in the centre, and she got used to all lovely and wonderful educators who treated her like their own. She even know the names of her educators in such a short time and is always excited to go there. We also get an update of her daily activities with pictures.
