We’ve had such a great experience with Eden Academy. The centre is always clean and tidy which makes a big difference. My daughter is always so happy there, either playing or dancing with the other kids when I collect her. She’s learning so much from the educators and I feel really comfortable knowing she’s safe and well looked after. Communication has always been really good and the transitions between rooms have been so smooth for her which has made everything a lot easier. We’re really happy overall with our childcare centre.

This place is absolutely hopeless we have pulled our son from this child care due to our son being bitten daily with staff not being able to do something as simple as keep the other kid away as it was always the same child.<br><br>Carol is absolutely hopeless and repeatedly told us their methods were working despite my son being bitten every time he attended. Her attitude is disgraceful I’ve never dealt with someone so useless anywhere in my life.<br><br>My son was also put to sleep by having a blanket over his face which was admitted to us by staff then covered up by management.<br><br>Do yourself a favour and send your kids somewhere else.

The childcare centre is amazing and accommodating. I feel comfortable leaving my child in the carers hands. They are very supportive of the child’s learning and development… and the most important thing- the chef is amazing 😜

I highly recommend Eden Academy West Lakes! The educators are caring, professional and are genuinely invested in each child's development. They have a well-rounded curriculum that balances learning with play and social interaction. Since starting at this center my son has made so much progress academically, socially and his overall confidence has grown. The communication between the center and parents is excellent and I couldn't be happier with our experience.

I was privileged to be invited to my grandson’s early childhood centre, Eden Academy Westlakes, to share lunch and listen to Christmas carols the day before Christmas 2024. I was blown away by the whole experience; the centre is bright and beautiful, the staff nurturing and caring and the meal was so tasty that most of us went up for seconds. I left feeling so happy that my dear little grandson was in the best hands possible and was thriving in this very happy place!
