With over nine years of experience in early childhood education, I’ve had the pleasure of working as an educator, kindergarten teacher, and educational leader. Throughout my journey, I’ve developed a deep passion for guiding and supporting young learners. What inspires me most is the energy, creativity, and curiosity that children bring into our centre every day. I love seeing them grow, develop new skills, and achieve their full learning potential. At West Lakes, we warmly welcome all staff, families, and children to be part of our “home away from home” — a place filled with care, nurturing, and endless learning opportunities.

This place is absolutely hopeless we have pulled our son from this child care due to our son being bitten daily with staff not being able to do something as simple as keep the other kid away as it was always the same child.<br><br>Carol is absolutely hopeless and repeatedly told us their methods were working despite my son being bitten every time he attended. Her attitude is disgraceful I’ve never dealt with someone so useless anywhere in my life.<br><br>My son was also put to sleep by having a blanket over his face which was admitted to us by staff then covered up by management.<br><br>Do yourself a favour and send your kids somewhere else.
