We love Eden academy. They are so kind, informative and have helped guide our children immensely. They have a magnitude of diversity in their learnings and always go above and beyond to make the children comfortable. Thank you!

This place is absolutely hopeless we have pulled our son from this child care due to our son being bitten daily with staff not being able to do something as simple as keep the other kid away as it was always the same child. Carol is absolutely hopeless and repeatedly told us their methods were working despite my son being bitten every time he attended. Her attitude is disgraceful I’ve never dealt with someone so useless anywhere in my life. My son was also put to sleep by having a blanket over his face which was admitted to us by staff then covered up by management. Do yourself a favour and send your kids somewhere else.

The childcare centre is amazing and accommodating. I feel comfortable leaving my child in the carers hands. They are very supportive of the child’s learning and development… and the most important thing- the chef is amazing 😜

I highly recommend Eden Academy West Lakes! The educators are caring, professional and are genuinely invested in each child's development. They have a well-rounded curriculum that balances learning with play and social interaction. Since starting at this center my son has made so much progress academically, socially and his overall confidence has grown. The communication between the center and parents is excellent and I couldn't be happier with our experience.

I was privileged to be invited to my grandson’s early childhood centre, Eden Academy Westlakes, to share lunch and listen to Christmas carols the day before Christmas 2024. I was blown away by the whole experience; the centre is bright and beautiful, the staff nurturing and caring and the meal was so tasty that most of us went up for seconds. I left feeling so happy that my dear little grandson was in the best hands possible and was thriving in this very happy place!

I have nothing but praise for Eden Academy. My son has grown into a rounded little boy ready to move into school in 2025 under the guidance of their first class Educators. The facilities are top notch and the classrooms are a great learning environment. Not to mention the food with perks for parents (you need to ask!). My son has been to 4 different day care facilities and Eden is the best!

Eden Academy West Lakes has been nothing more than a blessing to my little cherubs journey in the Early Years. My child is in Junior Kindy with the AMAZING Ash and Josephine I cant express my gratitude for the many milestones my son has achieved and continues to achieve with his educators since starting in January 2024. I love hearing and reading his stories it really makes my day. The learning that is provided is phenomenal and the educators always go above and beyond.
