At Tiny Sparks Early Learning, I believe in providing children with a warm, safe, loving, and stimulating environment where they feel truly at home. My Family Daycare is a place where children are supported to grow, learn, and explore through meaningful play and connection.
With over 11 years of experience in early childhood education and a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, I bring knowledge, passion, and a deep understanding of children’s development into our everyday practice.
I believe every child is a unique and valuable individual. Their culture, languages, values, and beliefs are respected and celebrated, helping each child develop a strong sense of identity and belonging.
My philosophy is centred around learning through play. I recognise that play is essential in the early years, supporting children’s creativity, imagination, and overall development. Through play, children build important social, emotional, physical, and cognitive skills while engaging with the world around them in a natural and enjoyable way.
Free play is a vital part of our day, allowing children the freedom to explore their interests, express themselves, and develop their strengths. It also allows myself as the educator to observe, understand, and plan meaningful learning experiences based on each child’s individual needs and development.
At Tiny Sparks, I focus on building respectful relationships and supporting children to develop a positive self-image. I encourage kindness, manners, and confidence, helping children feel happy, loved, respected, appreciated, nurtured, and supported every day.
My goal is for every child to feel that Tiny Sparks Early Learning is a true home away from home, a place where they belong, feel safe, and are inspired to grow into their best selves.
Our adventure is learning through play.
