I have 2 children who have attended this kindergarten and have thrived under the wonderful care of the staff. The communication is fabulous and gives a very thorough breakdown of what the kids are learning each day. I cannot wait for my son to attend next year and for him to experience all the care, patience and teachings that Mount Waverley has to offer. I feel very confident that my daughter is being very thoroughly prepared to attend primary school next year and the advancement I have seen in her skills after only the first term is impressive.

Our family has been part of the Mount Waverley Preschool community for the past four years, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. All three of my children have attended—from my eldest starting in 4-year-old kinder, to my second completing both 3 and 4-year-old programs, and now my youngest currently in the 4-year-old group. ​The educators are truly amazing and immensely patient. When my son struggled significantly with separation anxiety, Kay and Myra were incredibly supportive. They stayed patient throughout the process and successfully fostered a genuine love for school in him. Similarly, Sally and Rachita were instrumental with my oldest, showing so much care in encouraging her to build social confidence and make friends. ​One of the highlights for us as parents is the regular updates on Storypark. We look forward to the instant photos and activity updates throughout the day; it’s so rewarding to see what they are up to and then have the kids retell the stories when they get home. ​My youngest loves it so much she actually prefers being at kinder than staying home! A huge thank you to the entire team for providing such a nurturing, engaging, and professional environment for my children over the last four years.

We are so happy with this kindergarten! The environment is great, but the teachers are what make it truly special. A huge shout-out to Ms. Sally! She is incredibly responsible and dedicated. You can tell she truly loves every single child in her class. She treats her work with such heart and seriousness, making sure every child feels seen and cared for. We feel so lucky to have her as our child's teacher. Highly recommended!

My son moved to this pre school earlier in the year and they have been so warm and welcoming. His teachers in the 3 year old room are wonderful; warm and kind which is the best quality of an early childhood educator.

My child went there for 3 terms in 3 year old kinder. It was a huge regret, they went from a toilet trained confident child to wetting their pants and they stopped doing all the things they loved like drawing. One staff member said things that cause emotional damage to my child, and even threatened to throw them in the bin. Disgraceful. We raised our concerns and it got swept under the carpet. Staff are absolutely RUDE

I was considering taking my child to 4 year old kinder here and I thought I would call to see if someone could show me around and tell me a little bit about the preschool. The 2 people I spoke to sounded unwelcoming and didn't seem interested in discussing or showing me around the place. She said I could come around for 5 minutes as they were all teachers (she said it in a tone as if she was too busy and too important to assist). That really put me off and it made me decide straight away on another preschool instead.

I was very pleased with my son's development under the care of the dedicated and professional teachers at Mt Waverley Preschool in 2018. I would recommend them to any prospective participants.
