We are extremely happy with our experience at this learning ladder ElC Epping childcare centre. From the very first day I visited, I felt so welcomed by everyone. The whole environment gave me such a positive feeling, and I immediately felt comfortable and confident about bringing Krisha here.<br><br>The centre is beautiful, spacious and, most importantly, very clean. I really appreciate how much attention is given to cleanliness, hygiene and safety. As a parent, knowing that every little detail is taken care of gives me so much peace of mind.<br><br>When Krisha first started, it took her around one to two weeks to settle in, which I think is completely normal. But with the love, patience and support from her educators, she adjusted so quickly. Now she has developed such a beautiful bond with her educators and friends. She genuinely loves coming here, and she often comes home talking about her teachers and friends and saying that she misses them. Seeing her so happy makes me extremely happy as a mum.<br><br>I would especially like to thank Jyoti, Aman, Vanshika and Jas, who are Krisha’s educators. They are absolutely wonderful. They are so caring, patient, friendly and attentive towards Krisha. Every time we drop her off, they welcome her with such warmth and kindness. I honestly feel like I am leaving my child with family rather than simply dropping her off at childcare. That feeling as a parent is priceless, and I am truly grateful to them.<br><br>I would also like to give a very special thank you to the reception team — Kanika, Rimsha and Dixie. Every single time we walk into the centre, they greet us with a beautiful smile and make us feel so welcome. No matter how busy they are, they always acknowledge us and make us feel valued. Their warmth and friendliness really make such a big difference.<br><br>The children are also so friendly, and it is lovely to see how much care and attention they receive. I can genuinely see that Krisha feels safe, happy and comfortable here, and that means everything to me.<br><br>I honestly cannot explain how happy I am with this childcare centre. Most importantly, my child is happy, and as a parent, that is the biggest thing I could ask for. ❤️<br><br>A huge thank you to the entire team for taking such wonderful care of Krisha and for making us feel like part of the childcare family. We had a really good first impression of Learning Ladder ELC Epping. The staff are friendly, welcoming and professional. The centre is clean, modern and has a warm and caring environment. We are very happy with our choice and looking forward to our daughter starting soon. Highly recommend.

Perfect care for the kids from amazing staff

I couldn’t be happier with this childcare. The centre is always so clean, which gives me peace of mind as a parent. The educators are wonderful, so caring, kind, and attentive with the kids. My son doesn’t go every day, but whenever he does, he has so much fun. He absolutely loves the teachers, and it’s clear they take such good care of him. He always comes home happy. The food is also amazing, he really enjoys it, which makes a big difference. He especially loves the outdoor play, it’s one of his favourite parts of the day. I’m very grateful for everything they do. It’s not easy trusting people with your child, but they truly make it feel safe and comforting. Highly recommend to any parent.

We are so glad we chose Learning Ladder for our daughter. This center truly sets a high standard for early childhood education. The atmosphere is incredibly positive and energetic; you feel it the moment you walk in. From the reception team to the educators, everyone is deeply committed to the children’s well-being. The environment is safe, vibrant, and thoughtfully run by an all-female staff who create a very nurturing space. We also love that the children are served fresh meals and fruit daily. - (Dietary Requirements are also cared for.) Beyond the regular curriculum, the excursion opportunities are a standout. They recently had a bird visit the center, which was such an exciting, hands-on experience for the kids. Highly recommend for any parent looking for a high-quality, engaging center. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 Stars!

Caring educators and a welcoming atmosphere. The educators are kind, patient, and truly dedicated. We couldn’t be happier with the support and communication from the staff. It’s comforting to know my son feels safe and happy there. The care and support from the centre have exceeded our expectations. Thank you for creating such a nurturing environment. I highly recommend this centre. My child is absolutely thriving here. The educators are well-educated, calm, and nurturing, with ample staff always available. The centre is very structured and consistently offers extra experiences, including weekly incursions. Everything they promise, they genuinely deliver. My daughter is always calm and well-regulated after a day here and is always excited to go.

Since moving my child to this centre I have seen him thrive in so many ways I can’t thank the educators from ladybugs and honeybees enough. He now walks into the class on his own waving me goodbye. Honestly so happy with my decision
