This is a family not a daycare ❤️ not only do you get a warm welcome as you step through the door but my two absolutely love coming to care, my son has always had seperation issues with me but the girls in his room have made him feel so safe and secure that he has had no issues crawling off without me in the morning and my daughter says her teachers names at home and says she loves them consistently, and says bye see you tomorrow with the biggest grin everyday. The first thing she says when she wakes up is "car.... school?" We also have a lovely list of allergies for my son and they have been so understanding and have worked with us while we got on top of everything with such ease and made the transition from home to "second home" so simple for the kids. Amazing daycare - Our Ruby loves it From the moment you step in , everyone is so very welcoming . My little one has expanded her vocabulary and tries so many different foods Being that we have only been attending for such a short time - this is a huge accomplishment. The play area is very well thought out and the rooms are very fun and homey . I love how you all take such pride in the centre being clean !!! Thank you so much for having us , we love being part of the bright steps family

Five star rating for the best childcare centre in Tamworth! My child attends here 3 days a week and they treat him like their own, we feel like we’re apart of a family not just a “school”. My son always has the best days and comes home so happy! The girls are amazing not just with my son but with my whole family. They are so understanding and lovely to talk with. Thank you BSA team for all that you do!

This daycare does not feel like a daycare when I drop my babies off. It feels like home, my babies absolutely love going here and I have full confidence in leaving my babies in the care of the lovely staff.
