The management do not support co parenting, and disregard court orders. I am the father and share 50/50 parental responsibility, however the management refuse to provide me documentation relating to my son. Was told by management 'we only care for the children and don't take sides', yet I am excluded from correspondence and documents. As a father you are made to feel like a second class citizen, despite always being courteous and respectful. My son will be enrolled at another centre next year that I feel are more supportive of co parenting.

This childcare is a great example of lack of accountability and lack of communication. They have offered and confirmed us four booking days for our little boy through written email, and yet, suddenly they are totally saying they haven't confirmed about four days. They are happy to offer one day! What a disgraceful lie said by the Admin and Director of this centre! This kind of behaviour is not acceptable, and I am not sure how safe my currently enrolled daughter will be in this centre after this incident. That's why, I decided to cancel enrollment of my daughter currently enrolled in this centre.

Chapel Hill Montessori Children’s House has been an excellent environment for our children. The staff is incredibly caring and dedicated to the Montessori philosophy, creating a nurturing and supportive space for the kids to grow and learn.

Both my boys have attended CHMCH and we have had a wonderful experience there. The children are always so happy, engaged and very well looked after. Highly recommend this centre!

The childcare has improved significantly in recent years. My daughter has the same educators throughout the year, and they keep me well-informed about everything. The new manager and the administrative lady are amazing—very helpful and approachable and so are the educators. Plus, they now provide meals. What's not to love?

Very friendly environment and good educational activities

We are very happy with this daycare, amazing, warm and caring educators, beautiful facilities and environment. We have recenty moved here from another daycare and we have noticed the change in our 1-year old as she is much happier and relaxed. The Montessori program helps her to improve her social, motor and various other skills. We have noticed, as parents, that there are plenty of activities in the centre, the children are not just being supervised which is often the case, but they are actively engaged in the activities, they play, laugh, interact... Everyone there is going beyound and above to provide the best care and the healties environment for children. We highly recommend it and thank you, CHMCH. :)
