We are an OG Edge family and have been at the centre since Nov 2020. First my son, then together with my daughter... We are an OG Edge family and have been at the centre since Nov 2020. First my son, then together with my daughter and now we have just 18 more months until she's in school too. During the past 5 years we have seen a few directors and change of staff in the rooms. Staff have moved on to be closer to home, take a promotion, follow a different career path. Some of those departures were incredibly sad for us. I think everyone who has walked the halls of that centre has done an incredible job in their own right. I am still friends with a lot of the staff who have left. Then someone new would come in and your child would build a beautiful friendship with them. My kids learnt resilience and made new best friends too. Never once have I doubted my children's safety or happiness at the centre. Edge is a part of my village and I am very grateful for them. Read more

If you value your child’s safety and well-being stay far away from this place. My child was assaulted by an educator there about 12 months ago. Initially, we were bought in to discuss an “incident” involving one of his care givers. What actually happened was he was struck multiple times, and another educator who witnessed it dobbed the educator in. He had multiple bruises and marks from the incidents. All of this was documented, photographed and reported. We promptly left the centre, and have had no communication since. Despite legislation clearly stating that we were to be given regular updates as to the investigation. This place values one thing, profit. Read more

My kids always have a great time and the educators are really invested in them. The rooms are always clean/organised and the communication with the educators and management is excellent. The updates that I get about my kids during the day always makes me smile. I love seeing how much fun they are having. I don’t even mind all the sand that ends up coming home with them :-) Read more
