We have had a wonderful experience with edge Ferny grove. Our child is naturally very shy and takes time to warm up to new environments, but the educators have been incredibly patient, caring, and supportive. They took the time to build trust and helped our child feel safe, included, and confident at their own pace. We’ve seen a noticeable improvement in their social skills and confidence since attending. The staff genuinely care about each child’s wellbeing and development, and we are grateful for the nurturing environment they provide. Highly recommended for families with shy or reserved children.

Broken equipment, including glass door. Paid excessive amounts and the accounts never balanced with the hours. They wouldn't adhere to basic directions about our child and his allergies, had too many little issues and it builds up quickly.

From the very beginning, the team welcomed our family with open arms. Over time, this centre became a place of comfort, trust, and love for all of us. Knowing that child was cared for, understood, and genuinely cherished meant more to us than words can express. The dedication, patience, warmth, and kindness shown by the educators every single day never went unnoticed. You all played such a meaningful role in our childs early years, and we will always be incredibly grateful for the strong, loving foundation you helped build. Thank you for creating a safe space and we are so sad we had to leave!

We are an OG Edge family and have been at the centre since Nov 2020. First my son, then together with my daughter and now we have just 18 more months until she's in school too. During the past 5 years we have seen a few directors and change of staff in the rooms. Staff have moved on to be closer to home, take a promotion, follow a different career path. Some of those departures were incredibly sad for us. I think everyone who has walked the halls of that centre has done an incredible job in their own right. I am still friends with a lot of the staff who have left. Then someone new would come in and your child would build a beautiful friendship with them. My kids learnt resilience and made new best friends too. Never once have I doubted my children's safety or happiness at the centre. Edge is a part of my village and I am very grateful for them.

If you value your child’s safety and well-being stay far away from this place. My child was assaulted by an educator there about 12 months ago. Initially, we were bought in to discuss an “incident” involving one of his care givers. What actually happened was he was struck multiple times, and another educator who witnessed it dobbed the educator in. He had multiple bruises and marks from the incidents. All of this was documented, photographed and reported. We promptly left the centre, and have had no communication since. Despite legislation clearly stating that we were to be given regular updates as to the investigation. This place values one thing, profit.

Amazing centre *double thumbs up*. The staff are lovely, very approachable and accomodating wherever they’re able to be. Haven’t had a bad experience yet, and we’ve been attending for over 12 months now :) both of my children settled in quickly and love the staff too. I would happily recommend this centre to friends and family.

Absolutely love Sonya and the team at Edge! My kids always have a great time and the educators are really invested in them. The rooms are always clean/organised and the communication with the educators and management is excellent. The updates that I get about my kids during the day always makes me smile. I love seeing how much fun they are having. I don’t even mind all the sand that ends up coming home with them :-)

Thank you for creating such a fun, caring educational environment for my little one, it's been an absolute pleasure watching her thrive in your care. Such a lovely little daycare.

Highly recommend this centre. Lovely and clean, the staff are fantastic and caring. Very happy to have my daughter in such a fantastic centre.
