Could not rate this place higher, the best childcare center in the area by a long long way. Kindness is at the heart of everything they do. The owner, the director and all the team care deeply about the children's welfare. I definitely recommend this place for your children.

I can sincerely say Platinum Preschool in Randwick is truly exceptional. The educators go above and beyond, and I've noticed a big leap in my son's development since joining. I have observed that they make every child feel seen and heard, fostering a wonderful sense of community, with kindness shining through in everything they do. The team truly work hard at creating a nurturing environment where children feel supported, and inspired to grow. Thank you to the entire Platinum family.

We’ve now had both our children come through Platinum and cannot speak more highly about them. All the staff make a huge effort to build strong, secure relationships with the kids which in turn enhances their sense of wellbeing and capacity to thrive in their development. Through the later years, their school readiness program sets them apart from other kids their age. Our daughters primary school say “we can always tell the kids who have come through platinum”! The staff feel like extended family and we are so grateful to Jo and all the staff for showing our family so much love and compassion over the years.

My sister had three children that went through Platinum and only had amazing things to say about them. I waitlisted my son at 6 months of age or earlier and was over the moon when he was accepted into Platinum! If you are from the area or surrounding suburbs you would know how highly regarded Platinum Preschool and Jo is within the education sector. The educators are caring, kind and compassionate and will work with your child to find the best outcome. They are also incredibly creative and find ways to connect with each child. I could not recommend Platinum preschool any more highly. My elder daughter attended from the age of two right through to School and my younger daughter currently attends. Platinum is unique as it’s privately run, the owner Jo is heavily involved in the community and various local charities, the children have the platinum values of ‘Be kind’ instilled from a young age which sets them up so well for School. The staff at platinum are exceptional, full of energy, patience and a general desire to work with Children.

The Platinum team of educators and support staff are amazing - supportive, kind, caring and nurturing. I have found the educators have always had my kids’ best interests at heart and have supported our family - whether it’s working through important milestones or developing new skills. I have now had 2 kids who have graduated and transitioned seamlessly into primary schooling and I think Platinum have done a fantastic job to ensure they are well prepared for the next stage of education. My kids have developed so much confidence from Platinum and made many lasting friendships!

We couldn't be happier with Platnium! From the moment we walked in, we felt a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The teachers are incredible—so nurturing, patient, and genuinely invested in each child's development. Our little one has thrived here, growing in confidence, social skills, and curiosity. The activities are creative and engaging, balancing play and learning perfectly. We’ve noticed huge improvements in our child’s communication and independence since starting. The outdoor play area is fantastic, and we love that they emphasize hands-on learning. Communication with parents is excellent, and we always feel informed about our child's progress. It's such a relief knowing our child is in a safe, caring, and stimulating environment. Highly recommend Platnium to any parent looking for a wonderful early learning experience!

Platinum is a really caring and inclusive environment. The Educators are really wonderful with our daughter and she loves all of the different experiences Platinum go out of their way to provide the kids. It’s a very special daycare.
