Both of my kids attended Funtastic Kidz, and they truly enjoyed their time there. My elder one has now moved on to school and already misses the centre, which says a lot about the experience they had. We’ve had a great overall experience with Funtastic Child Care. We’ve had a wonderful experience with Funtastic kidz ELC in Wyndham Vale. The teachers are genuinely caring, patient, and attentive.they take the time to understand each child’s personality and needs, which makes a big difference. You can see how much they truly enjoy what they do, and that reflects in how happy and comfortable the kids feel every day. The environment is warm, safe, and very well set up for learning and play. It’s clean, organised, and full of engaging activities that support both development and creativity. There’s a great balance between structured learning and free play, which helps kids grow with confidence. Communication with parents is also excellent, they keep you informed and involved, which builds a lot of trust. Overall, it’s a fantastic centre, and we feel very lucky to have found such a supportive and nurturing place for our child.

Childcare has one and truly changed over my years since my little ones were in it and now me grandkids are in its crazy how much now tots are looked after! I don't usually write on these things but I have to hand it over to the team as my little granddaughter is absolutely rapt when she comes home from daycare smiling ear to ear saying Nanny I had the bestest day. As her Nanny I love coming in and seeing the diverse world she gets to experience and the activities and toys are just crazy and the staff are just beautiful! What touches our heart the most about Funtastic Kidz is the way they care for each child as an individual. As a parent of a child with additional need, I feel so grateful for the patience, understanding and effort shown by the team. I had a really disappointing experience with Funtastic Kidz. The overall atmosphere felt quite forced, and what stood out most was the pressure to leave a positive review. It didn’t feel genuine at all. More like they were trying to boost their ratings rather than earn them. When the educators get a pay rise they pass the costs onto parents rather than absorb them. It also became obvious that many of the glowing reviews seem to come from staff or people closely associated with the business, which makes it hard to trust the feedback you see online. Another downside was the food options for kids. The menu was heavily focused on Indian cuisine, which might suit some, but it felt quite limited and not very appealing for a general children’s venue. A broader, more kid-friendly selection would make a big difference. Overall, it didn’t live up to expectations, and I wouldn’t recommend it based on my experience.

Funtastic Kidz is out of this world! I couldn't fault them at all the care, the learning, the extras and just the love and warmth you feel from the moment you enter to the moment you go home! They make you feel like family and are always so so helpful! A+ team!
