I had a wonderful experience with Aspire Manor Lakes Child Care. My daughter was not happy at her previous childcare, but since starting here, I am so happy to see how well she has settled in. She feels comfortable, happy, and has had no issues at all, which gives me great peace of mind. The centre director, Charu, and her team are incredibly welcoming, caring, and supportive. They create a warm and positive environment for the children, and it really shows in how quickly my daughter adapted.

The staff here are lovely, they make you feel welcome whenever you go there. They take really good care of kidos. My child always seems happy when I go to pick her up.

Our child loves the caregivers, Afshan and Ramya. It’s reassuring to see the excitement about going to daycare each day. That happiness reflects the care and attention provided, and the joy of spending time, playing with other kids.

Can’t express with how much I love this centre! From the minute you walk in until you leave, everyone is friendly and always smiling. Afshan, Ramya and all the staff in room 1 have been exceptional and I enjoy seeing all the photos of my little one and what he has done for the day. All the morning staff have also been wonderful and I feel so comfortable leaving my little one there for the day.

We are extremely disappointed with our experience at Aspire Manor Lake Child Care. Our son attended only a 2-day trial, after which it was clear he was not comfortable, so we decided to stop his enrolment. Despite his non-attendance, payments continued, which we did not initially dispute. However, after I lost my wallet and had to block my card, I informed the manager about the situation and explained that I would provide new card details soon. Following this, there was a noticeable change in attitude. The communication became unprofessional and disrespectful. Most concerning was a phone call made to my wife, where the manager spoke in a rude and inappropriate manner. We also felt judged based on our appearance during previous visits, which is completely unacceptable in a professional childcare environment. Threatening to involve a debt collector over a minor amount of $50 was unnecessary and caused distress to our family. This experience has left us feeling disrespected and unwelcome. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this centre.

Manor Lakes Aspire is one of the best childcare centres we have enrolled our son in. He loves going there, and since starting he has developed many new skills and become much more confident. We always feel comfortable and happy bringing him each day. A special thank you to Charu and the whole team for all the wonderful work, care, and support they provide.

The educators here are great , they’re very kind and compassionate , I would highly recommend them.
