We are very happy with our experience at Aspire Early Education Manor Lakes!<br><br>My daughter attends Room 7 (Kangaroo Room), which is a mixed-age group, and she absolutely loves it! She enjoys the welcoming environment and the variety of engaging learning experiences and activities offered every day.<br><br>A special thank you to the wonderful educators Lovejyot, Navjot, Balbir, and Iram, who genuinely care for the children and make them feel safe, happy, and valued. Although it is a very busy room with children of different ages, the educators do an amazing job ensuring that every child's individual needs are met.<br><br>I also appreciate the dedication and support of the leadership team, Centre Manager Charu, Assistant Centre Manager Pooja, and Educational Leader Syed, who work closely with the educators to maintain a positive, nurturing, and well-organised learning environment.<br><br>Another highlight is the amazing chef, Shelly! She puts so much care into preparing fresh, healthy, and nutritious meals while considering children's individual dietary needs and requirements. My daughter absolutely loves the food, and we have noticed such a positive improvement in her eating habits since attending the centre!<br><br>As a parent, nothing makes me happier than seeing my daughter excited to attend childcare and come home happy. ⭐️⭐️<br><br>Very disappointing experience at Aspire Manor Lakes.<br><br>My daughter is 2 years old and had never attended daycare before. I had already explained that she has a speech delay and is waiting for a paediatrician appointment.<br><br>After just one hour of orientation/consultation, the centre told us that she would need one-on-one support and an NDIS certificate for them to be able to support her.<br><br>I found it extremely concerning that such a judgement was made about a 2-year-old after only one hour in a completely new environment. She was exploring, tipping toys, spilling food and not immediately following instructions — behaviours that should be expected to some extent from a child experiencing daycare for the first time.<br><br>If the centre does not have the capacity to support a child during their initial transition, that should be communicated honestly rather than making such a significant judgement after one hour.<br><br>We left feeling that our daughter was judged rather than given the time, patience and guidance she needed to settle into her first daycare experience.

My twins have been attending here and I am so happy with the above and beyond level of support and care we receive. The centre manager Charu is truly devoted to ensuring that this centre is run with compassion, professionalism and attention to detail. I would highly recommend that you can feel in safe hands here.

Our daughter has been associated with Aspire Child Care since she was two years old, and she has been attending this centre since 2025. We are very happy with the care and support she has received from all the educators. Everyone is so friendly, caring and approachable, and we truly appreciate the effort they put into making the children feel safe, happy and comfortable. A special thank you to her wonderful teachers Mahesha and Melisa, as well as all the educators who have looked after her with so much care.<br><br>We are particularly pleased with the way Aspire supports not only learning but also the overall development of children. Her early literacy and numeracy skills, communication and social behaviour have all been nurtured beautifully. A special mention to the bubbly and cheerful **Centre Manager Charu, and to Pooja for their warmth and support. We would also like to extend a special thanks to Syed. We are grateful to the entire Aspire team for creating such a positive, caring and enriching environment for our daughter.

Hi,<br>We are extremely happy from the services. Our kids is in year 4 kinder now. His tutor melisa and mahisha are very good. Our son learnt alot ftom her. We examined that since new manager charu marwaha start looking after center, it changed alot and we are 200 times happy now. Otherwise with old managers, we suffered alot.<br>Anyways, I will give 10 out of 10 to staff, manager and center. You should choose aspire manor Lakes as priority.<br>Thankyou<br>Amandeep Bamrah
