My son just started in the nursery room with Miss Ashton and he absolutely loves it! From the very first day, she has made him feel safe, comfortable, and so well cared for. I can see how much effort she puts into creating a nurturing and fun environment, and it truly shows in how happy and settled he is each day. It’s such a relief as a parent to know that my child is not only being looked after, but is also learning, growing, and genuinely enjoying his time at kindy. 💕 Very happy with our choice of centre!

The staff are wonderful and I know my kids are well cared for and looked after.

I have experienced multiple daycare centres for my son and this is the only daycare that can accommodate to my bright, sassy and vocal child. The ladies at the front Shanyn and Helen always greet me with a smile and bring nothing but positivity to everyday we go there. Can’t recommend this daycare enough!

I am thrilled to have both my children attending Edge Early Learning at Bilinga. Edge Early Learning have exceeded and proven excellence, diligence and dedication in the care of my 2 little boys. Helen and Shanyn on the front desk always show exceptional knowledge and commitment in organising and running a seamless practice. The Educators and staff are always super impressive with the clever techniques used to implement skills advancing our children as they learn and grow. Edge Early Learning receive 5.5 stars out of 5 from me. I am delighted to have been lucky enough to have both my children looked after in such a safe, warm, friendly place since they were each 18 months old. Absolutely love this daycare – it’s like leaving our boys with a team of professional fun-makers and toddler whisperers. Shanyn, Helen, Bec, Ash, Ella, Shasha, Emily, Trish, Matilda, Jacinta, and Tania are all incredible! Every single staff member goes above and beyond to make our boys feel safe, happy, and supported. It’s so clear how much they genuinely care about each child and how much thought goes into every activity and interaction. Communication is always friendly and clear, and we look forward to the daily updates. We’re beyond grateful to have such a nurturing, dedicated team looking after our little guys. Our boys absolutely adore them, and we do too. If I could give more than 5 stars, I’d give 11, a trophy, and a lifetime supply of coffee. Highly, highly recommend!

I have 3 children who attend or have attended the centre. The kindergarten program is excellent, Henry the program leader is amazing and my son was more than prepared for school this year. The management team, in particular Helen, are exceptional. They are always there to greet me in the morning with a warm smile and are so personal. I feel safe leaving my one year old with the team and she is excited each morning to see her favourite educators. She comes home counting to 10 and singing all different songs and nursery rhythms. Such a beautiful centre where my kids have all different types of adventures.

Sadly I can’t recommend this daycare. I would have to agree with some of the not so good points others have mentioned. We removed our child out of this day care after 1 month.

My daughter attended edge Bilinga for four months which was enough time to observe their short comings. - there was little attempt to build a relationship with myself or my daughter. The lead educator was rarely seen and had no time to meet us and get to know us. - The learning resources in the room were SO minimal. (Even asked families for donations). - The planned activities always involved either play dough or water. Yes, this is fun but doesn’t teach kids about good and bad behaviours etc. - Maybe this is why the kids are sometimes aggressive and a little out of control. - There was an incident that occurred (yes I understand these happen). The educator ASKED ME if they should do an incident report. I would think this should always be done as part of their policy. I didn’t see the report for days and when I did, the story changed and was very vague. - My daughter’s belongings were always getting lost. This costs me money to replace them. - My daughter is usually an outgoing girl but she would appear rather scared, not participate in activities and just appear lonely. - The scream and terror at drop off was nothing I had experienced before. Clinging to me. Not to mention the strange things she would tell me. - Educators are just walking around with clip boards. This is very much a child minding facility. Not an early learning centre.

Absolutely love this centre I sent my 2 children here at the start of the year with the yr ending I’m so pleased to say that we will be staying The educators are so loving and nurturing they care about the children’s needs and the curriculum is amazing My sons had separation anxiety and the educations calmed them and helped them settle in great

Helen and Jade are simply fabulous to deal with and know how to successfully run a daycare.
