Staff made occasional inappropriate comments about families. Care quality varied, and procedures weren’t always followed. Most concerning: my child was photographed by an unauthorized person without consent, and the centre didn’t inform me. I recommend others consider their options carefully. I shared my experience so management can reflect on visitor access and parental notification. Photos and videos confirm the incident occurred. Read more

My daughter has been in the Eden Kindy room for the past two years, and I cannot recommend this centre highly enough. The staff are absolutely lovely and always prioritise the children’s emotions and well-being. The centre provides fun and educational activities. My daughter especially enjoyed excursions to Kings Park, the Water Park, and the Museum — and she absolutely loved the bus rides with her friends! The centre is also always clean and well-maintained. It is with a broken heart that we leaving the country and this absolutely amazing childcare. Staff is very kind, helpful, professional. The center has a huge flexibility and do a wonderful job to satisfy every need. And communication is job perfect. We will keep an absolutely positive experience full of beautiful memories. He will miss the staff and his peers. Activities always different, infos/pictures share on their apps are great. Honnestly I could go on and on again with positives comments. Thank you Eden Early Learning Center for everything. Wish we could bring all the Center with us. Love from us. Read more

Amazing daycare, the staff are so lovely and engaging with the children, our daughter has learned so much from being there and it’s only been 6 months. Communication with parents is absolutely fantastic and they are so flexible and accommodating when our needs change. The food is excellent and our daughter always eats so well there. We feel so happy to have found such a beautiful daycare to entrust the care of our daughter to when we have work. Thank you so much for everything you all do for our little ones. ❤️ Read more
