I am truly grateful for the wonderful care and love my daughter received in this day care. We had enrolled her since she was 2 months old. It was great to see her developing and kicking each milestone positively❤️ This centre has not helped my daughter to grow but me as well being a new mom🙏🏻 we have seen drastic progress in our daughter life with fun activities, creativity and social skills. Each and every educator here is warm, patient and attentive making every kid feel comfortable and valued. Communication with parents is excellent. The management, especially the centre leader, shows a complete lack of leadership skills, empathy, or basic professionalism. Feedback is nonexistent unless it’s negative or dismissive. Effort and dedication go unrecognized, and instead, you’re met with criticism and favoritism that creates an exhausting and demoralizing workplace. The environment is filled with cliques of young, untrained staff who prioritize gossip over growth. Discrimination is rampant, particularly towards culturally diverse staff members, and there’s no accountability from leadership. There are far too many supervisors micromanaging rather than mentoring. Those who try to make a genuine difference are ignored or pushed aside. Childcare standards are inconsistent and concerning — children’s safety and emotional wellbeing seem like an afterthought. Staff turnover is high, and the toxic culture breeds stress, anxiety, and burnout. Unless you enjoy being undervalued and undermined daily, stay away from this place. Read more
