We only left this centre because our family relocated, and in doing so it has really made us reflect on just how special this place is. Over the past several years we’ve had experience with multiple childcare centres, and this one truly stands out as the best experience we’ve had. The Snugglepots team treat the children as if they were their own. The care, love and attention to each child’s individual needs is so evident, and every single educator was consistently warm, kind and welcoming to our daughter and to us as parents. We were always struck by how calm and positive the environment felt. The team never appeared rushed or stressed, and it genuinely seemed like they enjoyed their work and loved being there. That speaks volumes. Tara and the management team are wonderful - approachable, responsive and incredibly supportive. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and we always felt listened to and cared for. We truly cannot speak highly enough of this centre. We would be back in a heartbeat if we could, and we miss them all dearly. We would wholeheartedly recommend Kool Kidz Preston to any family looking for an exceptional, nurturing childcare environment.

Dropping our 8-month-old at daycare for the first time was tough. We walked into Kool Kidz feeling nervous and unsure, but from day one, the carers and staff made us feel genuinely welcomed, valued and reassured. Every morning we were greeted with warmth, and every afternoon we picked up a happy little girl with clear signs she had been loved and cared for. This is a community that we feel lucky to be a part of!

We sent our wee boy here from 1-2. Can't recommend highly enough. The staff are all absolutely amazing and so caring. So sad to leave and thanks for everything ❤️

However, it’s the best kinder I’ve ever been to, when my son joined he was new to Australia three years ago and barely spoke English. This beautiful kinder, with its lovely teachers and management, welcomed us as part of the family and involved him in everything. They truly nurture his personality. Honestly, they do an excellent job and work tirelessly for him. He treated us like family and we consider them one of ours. Even after moving seven months ago, I’ve compared them to other kindergartens and they’re simply the best. Thank you for everything you’ve done for us.

This centre is everything you could hope for in a daycare and more. The educators are exceptional — caring, enthusiastic, and deeply committed to the children. The atmosphere is warm and inclusive, and it truly feels like a community. Seeing how happy and confident our child is here gives us complete peace of mind. We’re incredibly grateful to the whole team and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this centre to other families.

I have so appreciated the dedication and care the whole Kool Kidz team has provided for our son this past year. I have the highest regards for the effort and time the staff put into all the kids in their care. I most appreciate how safe they make us feel leaving our son there for the day. We have had a wonderful experience with Kook Kids Preston. Our daughter started there aged 1 and has moved through 3 rooms. The educators have been so caring and made drop-offs pleasant as she runs in to greet them. The owners and admin team are attentive and helpful including arranging casual days when needed. We are moving suburbs and are very sad to have to move our daughter to a different daycare centre. When touring other centres I have realised that the outdoor play spaces at Kool Kids Preston are very special and are one of the reasons our daughter is keen to go to Beetlebugs in the morning. Highly recommend
