However, it’s the best kinder I’ve ever been to, when my son joined he was new to Australia three years ago and barely spoke English. This beautiful kinder, with its lovely teachers and management, welcomed us as part of the family and involved him in everything. They truly nurture his personality. Honestly, they do an excellent job and work tirelessly for him. He treated us like family and we consider them one of ours. Even after moving seven months ago, I’ve compared them to other kindergartens and they’re simply the best. Thank you for everything you’ve done for us.

When my son first joined, he was new to Australia and had very limited English. From day one, this beautiful kinder — with its wonderful teachers and caring management — welcomed us like family. They included him in everything, nurtured his personality, and supported his growth with such patience and kindness. The dedication and hard work they put into every child truly shows. They didn’t just care for my son; they believed in him. Even months after leaving and experiencing other kindergartens, nothing compares — this one remains the benchmark for us. Thank you for everything you’ve done for our family. You will always hold a special place in our hearts. Truly, the best kinder we’ve ever experienced.

This centre is everything you could hope for in a daycare and more. The educators are exceptional — caring, enthusiastic, and deeply committed to the children. The atmosphere is warm and inclusive, and it truly feels like a community. Seeing how happy and confident our child is here gives us complete peace of mind. We’re incredibly grateful to the whole team and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this centre to other families.

I have so appreciated the dedication and care the whole Kool Kidz team has provided for our son this past year. I have the highest regards for the effort and time the staff put into all the kids in their care. I most appreciate how safe they make us feel leaving our son there for the day. We have had a wonderful experience with Kook Kids Preston. Our daughter started there aged 1 and has moved through 3 rooms. The educators have been so caring and made drop-offs pleasant as she runs in to greet them. The owners and admin team are attentive and helpful including arranging casual days when needed. We are moving suburbs and are very sad to have to move our daughter to a different daycare centre. When touring other centres I have realised that the outdoor play spaces at Kool Kids Preston are very special and are one of the reasons our daughter is keen to go to Beetlebugs in the morning. Highly recommend

It is definitely the best place that my daughter has been to. I did visit a number of daycares when she was 1 and to be honest she wouldn’t stop crying even after all the orientations and here just after the first one she was a happy child. You can feel the homely vibes and the extremely welcoming ambience. The director and staff are extremely helpful and try their best to accomodate according to your work/ schedule needs. My daughter is almost 4 now and loves it👌

We have been assisted by Krystal from tour to enrolment and are grateful for her passion, knowledge, professionalism and aptitude. The place is clean, the staff are warm and friendly, the centre is child and family centric focusing on each individual families needs understanding the need to be flexible. Great activities are offered and a recognition of cultural diversity is embedded in the culture and activities of the centre.

Kool Kidz Childcare in Preston has been amazing for both of my children! The staff are caring, attentive, and create a warm, welcoming environment. My kids always look forward to their day, and I feel confident they’re in great hands. Highly recommend this centre for anyone looking for quality childcare!
