An outstanding childcare service. From day one, the team has been incredibly accommodating, making every transition smooth and stress‑free. They’re consistently friendly, warm, and genuinely invested in the children they care for. Highly recommend to any parent looking for a childcare centre that truly goes above and beyond!

The educators and staff are lovely and the facilities are nice. There is lots of communication with parents and a focus on continuous improvement at the centre. We like the Montessori style of encouraging kids to become independent learners in a supportive environment. Can’t fault it, would recommend.

This centre is so so amazing! My daughter is the most confident and happy little girl who gets so excited to go to “school”. A year on and my daughter asks (even on weekends) if she gets to go to school because she wants to hug her teachers. I look forward to seeing what amazing activities they are doing each day to engage the children. We both feel so welcome, included and a part of the family here.

Our son goes to this daycare since 6 months and we couldn’t be happier with the service. Educators are lovely and our son loves going there.

We couldn’t have made better choice for our little one. He learns new things every day and he seems happy. The whole team is really good! We are very satisfied so far.

We enrolled our child into the daycare several months ago and we cannot express our gratitude enough to Cindy and the educators. They are so caring and professional during the drop offs each morning especially when our child was initially dealing with separation anxiety. Our child now walks into the centre with the biggest smile ready to greet the staff and her new friends. The centre has lots of activities and the educators spend valuable time with the children both individually and as a group. We have seen so much development in our child in the short time at the daycare. We highly recommend this daycare to anyone looking to leave their children with professional, trustworthy and caring staff.

This is an impossible place to try and take your child to. Cindy was extremely rude to not only her employees but the Children in her care as well. She has no faith in her employees yet no sense of idea about what is actually going on in the centre. Many children have been grabbed by staff memebers yet they still are yet to receieve anything back from Cindy as she is appauling in her role. She shows no leadership, no sense of knowledge, and no care for anyone within the workplace. After three weeks, I immediately had to take my child out of her care as I do not feel safe with my child being in the care of an unstable and unmanageable director such as herself. Would love to see how long this place will last with her being a "director". Absolutely appalling from this manager. Do not enrol your child here!!!

All the staff are wonderful and our kids are thriving at this centre!

We have been attending SMPW for 7 months now, and my little one (currently 15m) absolutely loves it there. The teachers are all so friendly and loving, and there is never a request too hard. The fact that he is happy to go to school proves that they take good care of him. The meals they provide are nutritious and yum - he certainly eats more at school then he does at home hahaha I wouldn't hesitate recommending SMPW to any family and friends, and we are looking forward to the next 3-4 years with them.
