Professional but has a sense of community and family orientated Peppi the Manager was very warm and friendly and was happy to answer all my queries she was able to find a suitable educator in the area I lived in and made it a priority my childrens individual needs were met as they had various medical needs. The enrolment and orientation process was quick and easy and Peppi was always available to answer any of my questions via telephone, email or face to face. Most importantly my children settled in there new day care very quickly and formed a great bond and relationship with there educator engaging in various activities, experiences and excursions to support there development.
