I can’t find enough words to explain how great this centre is. From Fiona’s professional management and recruitment skills, to the excellent room leaders. They structure it so your child progresses throughout their room transitions with a carer who does the same. The food smells like it came from my grandmas kitchen (wish they did takeaways for the parents haha), and my son who has gone through numerous picky eating phases, demolishes almost anything they serve. My son had been to a previous centre, and shown signs of unhappiness, so we were worried about the transition to QCE. Every day since day 1 he has loved it there, and is ALWAYS excited to go to daycare. They set achievable goals for the kids, and I’ve seen my son’s language skills progress in part because of the activities and care they place. With our adventurous boy, the carers are always quick to act on any accidents and notify us, and show genuine concern. They’re flexible too with providing casual days in emergency situations. The outdoor area is the best I’ve seen from visits to all local centres. We feel very lucky our son got into QCE when he did. A special shout out to our sons carer - Alex, whom we are especially grateful that our son has in his life during these crucial years.

QCE has gone above and beyond my expectations since day 1. My daughter has always been so happy attending the centre because she is continually supported and encouraged by all of the educators. It is evident that all staff are well trained and they genuinely care for all of the children. They are transparent with everything and this has created a very open and comfortable relationship for all. I would highly recommend QCE to other parents.

We can’t thank the amazing team at QCE enough for the love, care, and support they’ve given my family over the 7 years. All three of our kids have been looked after, starting from just 6 weeks old—and one is still attending now. From day one, Fiona and the girls at the centre have made us feel completely at ease. Their kindness, patience, and genuine care have been a constant source of comfort. We've always trusted them 100% with our children, and that peace of mind means everything as a parent. One thing that truly stands out is the food! The meals they serve are the meals—fresh, nutritious, and beautifully presented. My kids always come home happy and full, and it’s such a relief knowing they’re eating so well while they’re there. The care, education, and attention to detail they provide every single day is unmatched. It's more than just a daycare—it's a nurturing, loving environment that feels like a second home. Our kids admire them all so much. Thank you to every one of the wonderful staff who’ve been part of our journey. Your impact on our family has been huge, and we’re beyond grateful.

We’ve been incredibly pleased with the care our son has received at QCE since he joined the centre last month. He’s developing so many new skills and truly coming into his own. The team in the Joey room have done a wonderful job at creating a nurturing and positive environment. Couldn’t recommend more!

We’re so lucky to have our daughter at QCE. The staff are always friendly, engaged and seem to love what they do. It’s a warm, positive environment and our daughter learns so much and feels so safe and supported. We really appreciate the great work the whole team puts in every day.

I have had 2 children attend QCE from ages 1-5 With the caring nature of the educators we couldn't be happier, the support, guidance and love QCE have shown to us over the years is remarkable. Not only towards our children but to our family . I would recommend QCE over and over again .

Excellent

I have been apart of the centre for about 4 years now. My first child attended QCE and now my second child is there. The girls are all amazing making myself and my children feel comfortable attending. We all know as parents how hard it can be to leave our children with someone else but Fiona and the girls at QCE have made the transition very easy. They communicate with you at all times on how their day is going and they have made toilet training my 2 year old a breeze the days she goes. all the girls are very easy to talk too and understanding different situations. I would highly recommend QCE to send your little one too. My kids get so excited when we drive in the driveway.
