At Shared Beginnings, children learn best when they feel safe, supported and inspired. Guided by the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and, for our Victorian services, aligned with the Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework (VEYLDF), our Shared Foundations Approach blends child-led learning, purposeful play and holistic growth, so each child is known, nurtured and confident.
Daily routines: Learning is embedded in everyday moments, from mealtimes to group time, to build independence and confidence.
Play spaces: Classrooms and outdoor areas are set up to spark curiosity, collaboration and problem-solving.
Cultural respect: Programs reflect the cultures of our families and community, with Indigenous perspectives woven in.
Family partnerships: We work alongside you, sharing goals, progress and learning stories, to ensure consistency and trust.

At Shared Beginnings, every child’s right to safety and belonging comes first. We are a Child Safe Organisation, embedding the National Child Safe Principles and each state’s standards across all our services.

The childcare centre offers spacious classrooms, wide variety of engaging play areas and equipment that keep the children active and excited to explore. The educators are very caring, attentive, and professional. Especially Jenny, Peter, Suparna, Felicia, and the other staff too.
