The team at busy bees furlong made the transition to daycare as easy as it could be for myself and my little one.... The team at busy bees furlong made the transition to daycare as easy as it could be for myself and my little one. The educators in the room are always absolutely lovely, really seem to genuinely care about the kids and give updates every afternoon on pick up on his day (in addition to the app updates) and we love getting photos and videos of what fun things the room has been up to. So disappointed with this centre after such a lack of communication regarding my son’s enrolment. My son was meant to start at this... So disappointed with this centre after such a lack of communication regarding my son’s enrolment. My son was meant to start at this centre in a week and a half time, I hadn’t heard from the centre at all regarding my sons first day so decided I would call, once calling I had been told by an enrolment team member that the manager of the centre never submitted my application to them. I spent a day and a half of calling a number of times to speak to the manager to find out what was happening and I was told she would call me back which she never did, I ended up getting onto the team leader of the enrolment team when I was then informed the manager had declined my sons spot after he had been offered a place and didn’t even bother to call or email me to let me know, if I hadn’t of called I would not of known and would of shown up on the day he was meant to start. I will never be recommending this centre to any friends or family. Read more
