We’ve had such a wonderful experience with Little Saints in Bullcreek. My daughter started there in daycare and is now in the 3-year-old kindy program. The care and consistency she’s received throughout has been fantastic. One of the things that stands out most is the strong sense of community. So many of the staff, not just her educators but also the admin team, know my daughter by name and greet her warmly. It really shows how invested they are in each child. Communication is another highlight. The OWNA app is used really effectively and I love being able to see regular updates, photos and posts about what the children are learning. It gives such great insight into her day and helps us feel connected. As a teacher myself, I really appreciate the quality of the programs. It is clear that the learning experiences are thoughtfully planned, engaging and based on the children’s interests, while still aligning with national standards. Overall, we feel very confident and happy having our daughter at Little Saints and would highly recommend it to other families.

Our daughter started at Little Saints 6 weeks ago. We could not be happier with our decision. The building itself is absolutely fantastic. We were drawn to the high quality facilities, the abundance of natural light and large spaces, the use of natural resources and the large outdoor play area. Another key consideration for us was the play-based program and opportunities for our daughter to learn, play and explore in a fun, safe and nurturing environment. Transitions to daycare are challenging for all children and families. But the Little Saints staff have all been so supportive and have made it as positive and gentle as possible. One thing that really stood out to us was their effort to get to know our daughter and our family. They gave us opportunities to chat with the staff, ask questions and talk to them about our daughter and our goals for her. They took a genuine interest in getting to know our little girl- her strengths, interests, development and personality. Basically- everything that makes her, her! Which we loved and really appreciate. The staff in her room are all absolutely wonderful. They are all so kind, caring and warm. You can tell they are passionate about working in early childhood and in particular, at Little Saints. We really love that our daughter has an allocated primary carer. It has been really special to see the bond between our daughter and her primary carer grow. In a short amount of time, she has developed very strong bonds with all of her educators. We have seen her confidence grow so much already. There is no greater joy or comfort to us as parents that our daughter is so well cared for and is excited to go to Little Saints. We could not be happier with our decision in choosing Little Saints and are so grateful to all the wonderful staff for everything they do.

As an early childhood teacher, I’m often asked by friends and family about care and what to look for to ensure their child has the best experience. The 3 things for me are safety, leadership and relationships. When my 3 grandsons were ready for child care I recommended Little Saints and our family couldn’t be happier. The systems and beautiful environment ensure the children are safe and well cared for and this has continued to be a focus since it started. The leadership team are hands on and practice high expectations, modelling them to their team. The educators are all involved in study and professional learning and encouraged by leadership in positive ways. Relationships are at the core of what they do whether between the team, the families or with the children. This is evident when you enter the classrooms, you can feel it! We can’t thank Little Saints enough for their care, love and kindness towards our family. Kylie, Tania and team, you see our children and provide wonder and a space to thrive!

Our journey at Little Saints has exceeded all of our expectations. From our first interactions at an open day, to every interaction since our little boy started at Little Saints, the staff have gone above and beyond to welcome us as a family. The love, care and very attentive, individualised support given to our son made the transition to childcare easier than we anticipated. While our son struggled at first to adjust to attending daycare, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate his needs and he was soon begging to go back. This has continued through to his days at the 3-year-old kindergarten. The staff, facilities, food, communication and attention to detail are exceptional. A lot of effort has clearly gone into providing an inviting space for mindful, creative activities and nature-based play where children can thrive. We highly recommend Little Saints to any parents/carers wanting a first-class childcare and kindy experience for their child/ren. Our little boy adores the educators/staff and his time at Little Saints and we love being part of the Little Saints family.

Little Saints has been the most wonderful place to start our son's education journey. Being new to Daycare and having never had anyone but family look after him we were so nervous. The team at Little Saints could not have been more knowledgeable, gentle, kind and patient as we all transitioned to the new life at Little Saints. The care has always been exceptional and we know our son wellbeing and care is in the best hands.

I have two children enrolled at Little Saints—my youngest began in the Weebill Room, and my eldest started in the Magpie Room and is now in the Osprey (three-year-old) Room. The transition into daycare was smooth and well supported, with a structured plan that helped both of my children settle in comfortably. When it came time for my eldest to move rooms, that transition was equally well managed—thoroughly planned and met with genuine excitement and enthusiasm from both staff and children. The staff at Little Saints are phenomenal. Every educator we’ve encountered is kind, nurturing, and genuinely invested in the wellbeing of the children. My daughters adore them and treat them like extended family. My eldest, in particular, often tells me how much she misses her key educator when she’s not at daycare. I was initially hesitant to place my children into daycare, but it has turned out to be one of the best decisions we’ve made. Both girls have thrived—they’ve gained confidence, social skills, and frequently share what they’ve learned about the world around them. Communication from the centre is excellent. I receive regular updates and feel informed and included in my children’s daily experiences. The environment is clean, well-organised, and feels safe and welcoming every time we visit. Little Saints has exceeded our expectations, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to other families.

With teasing attitudes and keep telling the lies, it is hard to believe they can provide the proper care to kids. We would rather give the waiting fee $70. 1) To be on the waiting list, 70$ was needed which other Childcare didn’t asked for. 2) Estimated time is never going to be accurate. 3) Even they have available spots, they don’t let families know on time. Start with several calls, visit in person, not working. They are busy. They are not available to check the available spots. Families asked, they keep delaying at least 2 weeks. It is not fair to the families but also neither to the owner who owns the childcare since it is a way to lose profits and reputation just because the staff is not doing the job properly. 3) Never care for service. The one who named Kelly or Kylly is so rude and disrespectful. It is hard to be convinced they can do the job properly in the future. It is strongly suggested that any families who really want to send their kids inside this childcare, be very careful and be very patient and nice. Anyway, horrible experience and never come back. Kylly（or Kelly), please learn to be genie and honest.

Little Saints is such an incredible welcoming place to our son Oscar and our family! From the moment we started, we felt at ease knowing that Oscar was in such a safe and nurturing environment. The Educators are so amazing. They are kind, caring, and passionate, always creating beautiful experiences for the children every day. We are so grateful and fortunate to have such a wonderful team having such an immeasurable influence on Oscar’s early development. Little Saints really is a very special place where as a parent you have the absolute confidence leaving your precious little person as you know they are in the best hands.

We really enjoy our experience at Little Saints! Our daughter settled in within just a week and quickly developed a strong bond with the educators. She comes home happy every day. The design of the 1-2-year-old room is excellent, ensuring she gets enough quiet rest every day. The food provided is top-notch, and the center is clean, modern, and beautiful. The connection between Little Saints and All Saints College is such a lovely feature — it’s heartwarming to see the older children passing through and interacting with the Little Saints kids. Highly recommended!
