My kids started the second day after opening at Tillys Kurri and we haven't looked back. My 4yr old is a high needs child and this centre has exceeded every need and gone the extra mile whenever they can. They were extremely proactive in getting to know and learning about my child's needs and acted quickly in providing whatever supports they can. They are in constant communication with us both providing updates and asking for tips/tricks and advice we could offer.

My 2yr old struggled with drop offs at his last school but hasn't once had an issue at Tillys. He's excited to go into the centre and explore the daily activities. The open play area really helps my kids feel connected and supportive and is often hard to get them to leave at pickup.

Edit: 3 months into care and Tillys has removed my child from their care. Asked for a trial period once he began medication to see how he would go and they flat out refused but promised they would look into later letting him back. 3 months later again and they've lied through their teeth on numerous occasions and wont even compromise in having a trial run again. We have had doctors, support teams and other parents request and back us to which there was never any acknowledgement or adequate answers. My son is regularly upset and doesnt understand why, as he never had a bad intention. Have had many different stories from them depending on who they were talking to and have been nothing but unsupportive and discriminatory towards a child who needed help and care. 10/10 would never recommend for anyone whose child needs one inch extra of support
