Tamara is one of the best in the industry. She has cared for 2 of my children and I couldn’t recommend her highly enough. I’d give her 10 out of 5 if I could ❤️

Tamara cared for our son when he was just 2 and 3 years old, and we still think of her with so much gratitude all these years later. She created a nurturing, calm, and genuinely supportive environment where he felt safe and understood — something that meant the world to us as young parents. What makes Tamara exceptional is her combination of professionalism, warmth, and intuition. She sees each child as an individual and supports them with patience, respect, and genuine care. Even now, long after our son has grown, she still remembers him and always greets us with the same kindness and connection she showed from the very beginning. That says everything about the kind of person and leader she is. We couldn’t recommend Tamara more highly. Any family would be incredibly lucky to have her guiding their child’s early years.

The new director at Little Zak’s is wonderful! She previously cared for my son at another centre for a couple of years & we absolutely loved her. She is so caring & warm for both the kids & their families. She was always professional & approachable. She communicated openly, I always knew how his day had been which gave me peace of mind. Little Zak’s is very lucky to have her & I have no doubt the staff, kids & families will too. I highly recommend sending kids to this centre.

Little Zaks Academy has a new director Tamara. She worked previously with both my children at a different centre and was absolutely amazing. My kids went through some difficult personal times during their time at daycare and Mara was exceptional and extremely understanding through it all. With Mara now looking after Little Zaks Academy i can see it become just as amazing as her previous centre.

Little Zak’s Academy Kurri Kurri is incredibly lucky to have their new Director. I’ve had past experience with her personally providing care for my children and I can honestly say she is amazing at what she does. She is hard working and professional but also heaps of fun! I have no doubt she will be an incredible leader for the centre and I’d have no hesitation sending my kids there.

I wanted to share how wonderful it is to see the new Director in this role. I previously knew her as the Director of the childcare centre my daughter attended, and she was truly outstanding. She leads with warmth, professionalism and genuine care for both children and families. During our time at her previous centre, she created a calm, welcoming environment where children felt safe, supported and happy to learn and grow. She was always approachable, communicated openly with families, and clearly cared deeply about the wellbeing of both the children and her staff. What really stood out was her leadership — the centre ran smoothly, staff were happy and settled, and there was a strong sense of community. As a parent, that gave me enormous confidence and peace of mind. I have no doubt this centre will benefit greatly from her experience and dedication. Families are very lucky to have her leading the service.

Please do not send your child here. The state of the centre is terrible. They are documented to have breached Australian quality standards on multiple occasions, run through staff and directors, offering no consistency for your child & the management team are wholly unhelpful. They have issues with ratios and non reporting of incidents to appropriate bodies.

Littles Zaks provides a nurturing, stimulating, caring & inclusive environment for all children who attend. The Director & educators are amazing, informative and loving. They always communicate and are transparent about everything. I was nervous at first but I am comfortable with their care now. I feel super safe with my child being here. They allow there children to have voices, promoting self esteem, confidence & independence. If you are looking for quality care with a safe and fun environment, then I would highly recommend little Zaks.
