It has been many years since I have had contact with this centre as my children are now just in secondary school. I am hoping the culture and the tone of this centre has improved from 10 to 15 years ago. I am writing a review now as feel safer to do so and am prompted by others living in Elwood and a review that has already been submitted. I hear the Manager has since changed , which is for the better. Although, I am privileged to own property in Elwood (for the past 20 years) with have a dual income , I and my children were impacted by our experience. I am happy to speak with the manager to provide further details Read more
