We’ve had a fantastic experience with this centre. The communication is exceptional — the office team is always responsive, helpful and genuinely supportive. The educators are warm, friendly and clearly care about the children. The kindergarten teachers run an outstanding program and are incredible with the kids, striking a great balance between learning and play. The facilities are excellent and very well maintained. I would highly recommend this centre to any family looking for a safe, nurturing and well-run environment.

This place has been a home for our two children over the past 4–5 years, and we honestly could not be happier. We visited quite a few centres before choosing Bira, and it was absolutely the right decision. The facility is fantastic, and the staff are brilliant. Our son, who is now in prep, still loves popping back in to say hello to the team when we pick up our daughter — which says a lot about the relationships they build here. I really appreciate the diversity/wide range of nationalities of the educators and the way they celebrate cultures, traditions, and events from around the world. They make a huge effort on this front and it is fantastic. These kids walk out more aware, open-minded, and worldly than many adults today. Our children have developed so well in every way, and I love hearing them talk about different countries, cultures, foods, and experiences. We also love the effort they put into bringing in animals, incorporating outdoor learning, and teaching the children about the environment. Our kids genuinely enjoy coming to Bira, and they’re learning things we wish we had learned at their age. The centre’s values align perfectly with ours. This is not just a place for children to be baby sat this is a place children (and parents) actually get real value from. We will 100% miss Bira Bira and the entire team when our daughter finishes up. Plus Dad's get a free beer on fathers day - simple things like make the whole experience superb. Thank you guys.

I couldn’t recommend Bira Bira more highly. Three of my children have been through this beautiful centre, and the care, love, and support they’ve received has been second to none. The educators are not only professional but genuinely nurturing – they take the time to really know each child, their personalities, strengths, and needs. What I love most is the balance of play, learning, and connection to nature. My kids always came home happy, engaged, and full of stories about their day. Beautiful centre and facilities, with wonderful educators. The patience, kindness and care shown to our little one through his transition and toddler journey has been empathetic and genuine. The quality of care and learning is consistent and considered. We appreciate Bira Bira so much as parents, it's such a nuturing community to surround kids with!

From the moment we stepped foot into the centre, we knew it was a “yes.” Both of our children have absolutely thrived here and become the best versions of themselves thanks to the love, patience, and guidance of the team. We’re genuinely so sad that our youngest is starting prep next year, which means our time here is coming to an end. It honestly feels like a break-up! I have been meaning to write this review for a long time, as my experience with Bira Bira has been nothing short of exceptional. I hope other parents read this, because it comes from a very genuine place. My son originally attended a childcare centre in Cheltenham that went through multiple changes—from Genius to Mayfield—before it eventually closed. For two years, every morning before drop-off and even during drop-off, he would cry. I always thought it was just separation anxiety. I felt so guilty but had no choice due to work commitments. We both struggled through those two years, never realising it might be more than separation anxiety. Then one day, I got a call from Bira Bira—I had been on their waiting list and finally got a spot. From the very first week, I saw a huge change in my son’s behaviour. The difference in the staff, the facility, and the level of care was immediately noticeable. It has now been two years, and my son absolutely loves Bira Bira. The educators in his room—Gyan, Vikki, and Lalita—are incredible. They genuinely care for the children and keep us updated daily. Sarah, who manages the admin side, is always quick to respond to emails and is such a friendly and positive person to deal with.The centre runs a wide variety of activities, celebrates all cultures, and fosters such a warm and inclusive environment. I feel so grateful that we got a place here. If you are looking for childcare, I cannot recommend Bira Bira enough. They have truly made a difference in my son’s life—and mine.
