I do not recommend- there are better services in the area! Too many incidents occuring that aren't handled.

Good centres all stem from the top down and the current childcare climate demands better of owners and services and this ain't it- it is a badly managed centre. Director is lovely and doing her absolute best. The owners expertly specialise in their own brand of micro management, passive aggression, unrealistic expectations, guilt trips, poor communication, epic lack of policies and procedures and are quite (typical of horror childcare owners) money obsessed. Don't let the gently worded emails fool you, they want your money and they want it now even when the error is on them. They are blind (and deaf) to it all.

Money hungry centre. Useless accounts team that are impossible to get a hold of. Constantly ignoring emails. Useless front desk team that just handball you off onto another ignored email.

Money hungry centre that doesn’t prioritise the safety of the children. I had my daughter go to this centre because I was desperate for care with the shortage of vacancies available. She hated going, every time I got to the centre for drop off she didn’t want to get out of the car. I have heard the same thing from other parents. Understaffed with high staff turnover, multiple times I had gone into the room to drop my daughter off and there would be only 1 educator “supervising” 20 plus kids. Multiple incidents occurred where my daughter was injured. Months would go by with no communication through parent app. Lack of support from the director when trying to sort out issues with the parent app as she was uninterested and basically told me to “do it myself” when I was told by the app people that the centre needed to sort it out on their end. They are constantly sending out messages for people that need “extra days” every week. Most of the educators were lovely. Just a very badly managed centre that don’t care about the kids but lining their pockets.
