As a parent, leaving your child in someone else’s care is a big thing, and you really want to know that they are going to be safe, happy and treated with kindness. That’s what I really appreciate about 123 Grow. The educators are so patient, caring and welcoming, and they genuinely take the time to get to know each child rather than treating everyone the same. I also really love how inclusive the centre is. Children from different cultures, backgrounds and abilities are welcomed and made to feel like they belong. You can see that the educators really care about the children, especially in the little everyday moments, and the fact that the kids are so excited to come in and are comfortable with their educators says a lot. It feels like a place where children are allowed to be themselves, learn at their own pace and feel supported along the way. As a parent, that peace of mind is priceless. This place is awful, whenever the kids are outside the teachers are inside not looking after them and then acuuses the kids for doing the wrong thing when they didnt do anything wring

We couldn’t be happier with the care and support our child receives from Miss Sandy(Sandeep). Miss Sandy shows incredible patience, kindness, and genuine care for every child. Our child always comes home happy and excited to share what hes done each day. The communication has also been fantastic, we always feel informed and included, which gives us real peace of mind. We are so grateful to have such a dedicated and passionate teacher making such a positive impact, aswell as the rest of the educators and team at 123Grow.

Since moving centres, both of my children have absolutely thrived. They have grown in confidence, learning so much every day, and they genuinely love going to kindy. It makes such a difference dropping them off knowing they are happy, engaged, and excited for the day ahead. The centre itself is clean, well-maintained, and inviting. There’s a warm and welcoming atmosphere as soon as you walk in. I’m always seeing information on local events on display, cultural activity sheets for families to take home. The educators also put a lot of effort into organising fun and engaging activities and my children love to come home and tell me all the fun things they did each day. My daughter has attended vacation care, she absolutely loved it. And the staff were friendly, professional and ready to help with her every need with no hesitation. My daughter is excited to start vacation care again this year.

The staff are excellent!! I never have to worry about my daughter because I know she’s safe and well looked after. And never have to worry about her dietary needs
