I couldn’t be happier with our experience. From the moment we enrolled, the team has been incredibly welcoming, supportive, and genuinely caring. The director is especially friendly and understanding, always taking the time to listen and support both my children and myself feel comfortable and happy. One of the great aspects for our family is the affordability. The centre makes everything so easy to manage with clear weekly statements, which really takes the stress out of payments. It’s such a relief knowing that high-quality care can also be accessible and straightforward. The level of care provided is exceptional. The staff are truly amazing, attentive, kind, and dedicated my children’s individual needs. I receive daily updates on my children’s routines, and it’s reassuring to know that all their personal needs are consistently met and they go above and beyond. Since moving centres, both of my children have absolutely thrived. They have grown in confidence, learning so much every day, and they genuinely love going to kindy. It makes such a difference dropping them off knowing they are happy, engaged, and excited for the day ahead. The centre itself is clean, well-maintained, and inviting. There’s a warm and welcoming atmosphere as soon as you walk in. I’m always seeing information on local events on display, cultural activity sheets for families to take home. The educators also put a lot of effort into organising fun and engaging activities and my children love to come home and tell me all the fun things they did each day. I highly recommend to any family looking for a nurturing, professional, and supportive childcare environment. It has made such a positive impact on our family.

My daughter has attended vacation care, she absolutely loved it. And the staff were friendly, professional and ready to help with her every need with no hesitation. My daughter is excited to start vacation care again this year.

The staff are excellent!! I never have to worry about my daughter because I know she’s safe and well looked after. And never have to worry about her dietary needs

If I could leave a no star review I would. The owner of the centre will blame the parents for non payments after they have handed everything in and it’s meant to be a direct debit. The staff member’s are rude and they will take stuff from you children like water bottles and not give them back won’t listen to dietary restrictions or requirements. I’m very glad to not have my child not attend this centre any longer

I had my 3 boys enrolled here (2024-Feb 2026) for Kindy and before & after school care, Educators, staff & bus drivers are very friendly, lovely people, always happy to provide updates about the children, always putting the care and education of children first!

My son goes to kindergarten at 123Grow and he has loved every minute he had spent at the centre. 123 Grow has very welcoming and supportive team of educators. April their centre director is also very friendly and helpful. The centre has a cheerful environment and it gives a positive vide when I drop my son there every morning.
