We’ve had such a beautiful experience at Sagewood Harrisdale so far. My 2-year-old has just started in the Piccolo room, and we are absolutely loving the service. The educators are so warm, caring, and supportive. A huge thank you to Rupinder, Maddison, Florie, Caitlyn, Joebelyn, Zeny and Shiela for your nurture, love and inspired care each and every day. It truly makes such a difference. My daughter has settled in so well and is already enjoying her days, which gives us so much peace of mind as parents. Our youngest started here early this year and all of the teachers and staff have been excellent in their care for him and all the other children. I always drop off my little one early due to work and Miss Georgia, Miss Megan and Miss Jodie always greets us with their happy smiles in the morning 😊

Sagewood Harrisdale has gone above and beyond for our family, and I’m so grateful for everything they’ve done for us. From the moment we found Sagewood Canning Vale and then Harrisdale, we instantly felt warmth, trust, and genuine care. The centre quickly became our sons’ home away from home. Both Jonathan and Benjamin wake up excited to go every morning, and that joy truly speaks for itself. We often get asked by the boys to pick them up later because they don’t want to leave — that’s how much they enjoy their time there. There’s never any fuss at drop-off either, because they are so familiar and comfortable with all the educators. That level of trust and connection means so much to us as parents. I also love the pick-up process. Collecting the children from the foyer keeps everything calm and avoids upsetting the kids. Being able to talk with the educators every day about how their day went, what they did, and any special moments is something I truly appreciate. The Storypark app is incredible. The detailed stories, photos, and updates give us a complete picture of their day. I never feel like I’m missing out — even when I’m away. It gives us so much peace of mind, and we trust the team completely. We’ve also noticed such positive changes in our boys. Their manners improved so much that they even received compliments from school — a testament to the values and guidance they receive at Sagewood. It’s truly a team effort. Going through my health recovery has been challenging, but the support from the Sagewood team has made it so much easier. Knowing my boys were safe, happy, and cared for allowed me to focus on healing without worry. For that, I will always be thankful. It’s bittersweet that Jonathan won’t be with them anymore next year, but Sagewood will always hold a special place in our hearts. Thank you for being such an important part of our family’s journey.

Caring, loving and kind – From the Management Team to the Educators, chef and staff; they are all passionate about the kids’ development and they take sincere interest in creating an inclusive, caring and safe environment for the children. My daughter loves it there. The best thing i like in Sagewood is pickup and drop off kids is at the reception because it doesn’t interrupt other kids in the classroom and good for hygiene and security purpose as well. Sending your precious babies to daycare is never easy however our Sagewood Harrisdale family are second to none. When your little toddler gets excited to be in and around a place and space you reassured that they are loved and cared for exceptionally well 🥲 We love it here and will be sending our second baby once I return to work. Management, facility, cleanliness and overall care is honestly a big thing that ticks all our boxes especially after having a bad experience at a previous well known daycare. As a mother trusting your institution is major! Thankful for Sagewood Harrisdale being part of our family and truely our trusted Village 🙏

Sagewood Harrisdale has exceeded our families expectations for childcare! My daughter had been in four different centres in her first year, all very negative with serious incidents occurring. We found Sagewood harrisdale and instantly fell in love. Sagewood is now our daughter’s home, away from home. She wakes up with pure excitement to attend every day and the centres care, compassion and understanding is just amazing. What I particularly love is the cultural diversity and inclusion, the centre represents multiple flags in the foyer and have a strong focus on reconciliation and teaching the children about the country and culture they are learning and growing on 🌸
