I could really see that the classroom was set up to prepare her for schooling, learning to work with other children on activities, share, concentrate, find what interested her etc. The staff are wonderful and go above and beyond to help the children in all ways. We felt that there is one caring part time carer/educator who genuinely loves children. Another educator who also genuinely cared about my child has since left the centre. Our child’s file failed to be returned to us after their multiple “promises” over a period of 6 months and I’m convinced now that I’ll never receive it and calling the centre again will just be a waste of time. Also, information about CCS wasn’t provided towards the end (due to lack of knowledge and/or care) which left us with a huge CCS debt that we had to repay. Read more
