Would not recommend. Poor teaching and very controlling teacher who runs the room like a dictator. Always stresses and complaining kids are always messing up her stuff - they are 4! Clear favourites – some kids are treated well while others pushed aside. Staff tension is obvious and it affects the kids. Not a good place to be. Look elsewhere.

Our family has been associatedbwith NCC Buderim for multiple years (two children and almost the third). We had just the most horrible experience we had to pull our (2 at the time) children out and homeschool until they had recovered. NCC Buderim was beautiful up until somewhere around 2022 when there was a drastic change and it became unsafe for our kids to attend. Glad to say our 3 children went on to other services to have wonderful experiences where they were valued and nurtured - the opposite of our experience with NCC Buderim. It was a pivotal moment that we're so grateful for having left this service behind. Edited to respond to response from the company: Although it'll be of no consequence, please review my exit complaint emailed to the suggested email on the 25/10/2024. I'm certain any response will be lip service as it was at the time, as mentioned in that complaint we have exited and want nothing from the service - at this point it's more important that other families are informed of the risk this service poses as unfortunately there is no other mechanism to hold the service accountable for their failures.

I was concerned by the quality of teaching in the kindy program. The educator did not appear up to date with current early childhood practices, particularly in supporting social and emotional development. Behaviour management at times felt inappropriate including threats to withhold afternoon tea for not listening and raised stressed language appeared common. It is my view that the implementation of the “free kindy” program may place greater emphasis on meeting funding or qualification requirements rather than ensuring educators are genuinely suited to teaching kindy-aged children. We believed that the NCC school was affiliated with the kindy however, teaching practices were not aligned. While it might be assumed the two are affiliated, the Director expressed a lack of support for the school and we ended up looking at all our schooling options again. Overall, the program did not meet expectations for a nurturing, safe and developmentally appropriate kindy environment. Edit in response to reply. I would like to clarify that we did reach out at the time in regards to concerns. Unfortunately, instead of our concerns being addressed, ranks were closed. Their was acknowledgement of issues, but no changes were made or support offered. As a result, we had to independently contact QTC and QCAA to obtain clarity, guidance and support. Feedback is being provided so this does not occur again for other children and their families.

The team at NCC Early Learners Buderim have it all covered. You can relax when you drop your children off as the caring staff have created such a warm supportive environment where their needs are met. Multiple ever changing invitations to play are set up for free play as well as singing, dancing, craft, painting and construction to name a few of the activities on offer. Social and emotional development is nurtured throughout and in the kindy, the skilful teachers are constantly monitoring and extending on the students interests. I highly recommend and have had 2 boys attend from babies room to kindy.

NCC Early Learners is such a warm and loving environment for children and I would recommend it to all! All the staff and the amazing director, Deb provide amazing support and care for children and families.

This is not just your ordinary daycare centre! It is homely, loving, relaxed and warm. The teachers are the very best I have ever come across in all my 14yrs of parenting. The fact they provide food, nappies, french lessons, swimming lessons, active kids and bush kindy as well as their daily regular amazing schedule...... those are just awesome additions but the teachers are always their very best asset! You will not regret joining this centre... it is exactly what you want when leaving your little one in someone else's care xxx

The staff are very caring and the programs are wonderful at NCC Early Learners. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a safe, supportive environment for their little ones.

NCC Early Leaners Buderim is an amazing inclusive centre. Their kindy program supports the children's learning and really prepares them for school in a personalised and child-led way. All the educators are passionate about their jobs and treat the children with such love and kindness. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend NCC to anyone with young children.

My 2 boys go to NCC and all the staff are so caring and amazing. All the staff go above and beyond for a boys and i knew it was the perfect center from just speaking to Lisa the director on the phone. My boys enjoy going to day care.
