Absolutely love this centre and the staff. They do an amazing job of making sure my son feels welcome and comfortable when he’s in their care. They were comfortable caring for my son when he was on oxygen and took the time to learn and be trained in the area. I was never once concerned about him.

My wife and I have sent our son here since he was one year old and we couldn't be happier. Our son is anaphylactic to many types of nuts so we really liked the fact that they provide cooked meals daily and could tailor the menu options to accommodate his dietary requirements. The regular updates from the app throughout the day definitely help to alleviate some of the stress from having to leave our child with someone else too!

I would not recommend the Morphett Vale Center. Despite raising serious concerns (including highly sensitive disclosures from my child), HR failed to act. After multiple meetings and emails, nothing ever changed. My son was bitten or hurt five times in one week by the same child, yet nothing was done. I even received messages through the Xplor-Er app admitting educators watched incidents unfold without stepping in until things got out of hand. While my child is not perfect and sometimes started conflicts, the lack of proactive intervention and the immediate negative labeling made him feel like a “troublemaker” rather than supported. On top of this, constant staff turnover means no stability, and for children with neurodiversities on NDIS, the focus was overwhelmingly negative—even when my child achieved big milestones like toilet training. This is not a safe or supportive environment. For your child’s wellbeing, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

My 4 year old was bullied by 5 boys in the Safari room while the educators did nothing. She was that scared when I went to pick her up, she was sitting at the table with her head in her hands and didnt even notice I was their till I touched her. She also let us know that the educator in that room was "angry all the time" which was confirmed by the area manager that she raises her voice at the kids. My baby was fed multiple allergens we had not tested yet and provided a written form to the baby room, i advised the baby room leader of not feeding her allergens and her response was "sorry i dont wear my hearing aids to work". She was nearly crawling and was wrapped for naps. I made a report to ESB and after many delays from Emali to provide the evidence, it was too long and they had disposed of the footage or paperwork relating to my children. They were breached for non compliance with EBS.

The team at Emali Morphett Vale have gone over and above to make son feel welcome and comfortable. They have been a fantastic centre for us and we would definitely recommend them. The staff and management are really lovely and happy to help whenever possible.

Did a tour through this place recently with the aim to send my son here. Under no circumstances would I send him to this childcare center. My wife and I were speechless upon seeing the state of the rooms and outdoor area. It was just chaos. Children we not being interacted with, very few toys available for kids to play with and what toys were out were not fit to be used (extremely chewed, worn and broken). Both the indoor and outdoor areas of the center could use a major deep clean, tidy and renovation. Staff did not seem happy or interested in the children. This left us speechless and still on the hunt for a nicer center.
