My son has been at tge centre for a year and educators are fantastic in supporting my childs needs, they are very warm... My son has been at tge centre for a year and educators are fantastic in supporting my childs needs, they are very warm welcoming and their learning programs are of quality and get updates daily about what's happening in the room. The rooms are great and lots of room outdoors for burning off all his energy. Centre management are great. Highly recommend this centre. Read more

The Ivanhoe East centre is really cute, with terrific areas for the kids to learn & engage. Love the outdoor space, great activities that encourage play in a communal way across all the rooms. The staff from the Centre Managers (Michelle & Colleen) , Sally the chef & all the educators are wonderful, friendly & super professional. We are treated like family/friends & you know your child is in safe care & can feel at ease here. Our son enjoys it, he loves the educators & never wants to leave during pick up time. Do go check it out & go on a tour, this is a popular Guardian centre that's in demand, its a true reflection on how amazing the staff are! We were on a waitlist for over 6 months & now so glad we chose to wait & enrol here! Read more

Worst daycare centre ever . Avoid Avoid Avoid The managers at this centre are manipulative bullies who take advantage and discriminate against single... Worst daycare centre ever . Avoid Avoid Avoid The managers at this centre are manipulative bullies who take advantage and discriminate against single parents who have a disability and are unemployed and tell them that they should be working and make them feel bad for not working . If your a single parent and you wish to send your child or children here I suggest you consider another centre as the assistant manager and manager are nasty and won't treat you nice . I didn't receive regular updates on how my child was doing while at the centre and they were giving my toddler naps when I request no naps and then I'd have trouble with putting toddler down to sleep each night and it would be morning by the time toddler actrually slept . I had so much clothing and socks and drink bottles go missing at this centre and costly having to replace everything . They send your child home in wee and poo nappies . No one should be telling anyone that they should be working and making them feel bad because they are not. I was belittled so many times and treat really stupid by management at this centre because I have a learning disability I was treated like I was dumb by them repeating and over explaining things and telling me do I understand in a very patronising voice . My little one has asd and global developmental delay and educators were made aware of this and still thought that it was okay for them to contstantly yell at my little one . All the toddlers in the 2 and 3 year old room are yelled at by the educators in that room . My little one was so nervous and anxious and scared and would cry when got yelled at by educators at this centre . I have pictures from child at this daycare and individual is unhappy in most of these pictures. My child refused to talk and learn how while at this childcare centre because didn't feel confident and happy enough to do so not to mention the level of supervision is shocking . They have 3 year old toddlers looking after the 2 year old toddlers and telling the educator if that toddler is doing something wrong . I was absolutely discusted to see a toddler who would constantly tell on my toddler to the daycare educator as he was instructer to watch him at all times . Toddlers are hurting one another at this daycare and educators don't stop it as had my toddler get hurt many times and when I said something I was told oh that toddler would never do that are this individual educator had her favourite children . Paint and food colourings are left in reach of the children these should be up high in a locked cupboard yet their easily accessible to the children and this is just asking for an accident to occur. Furniture in the dayre isn't safely mounted to the wall that way it cannot fall on a child . My toddler had a item of furniture almost fall on it . You provide nappy cream for your child at this centre and they don't even use it. On the last day of my toddler attending this daycare I picked up my toddlers sunscreen and sun hat and nappy cream and their was a whole tube of untouched nappy cream and this explains why child's rashes were not getting better and they don't chang nappies frequently as my little one was constantly getting rashes .. I've noticed the improvement in my toddlers actrually learning things since sending toddler to a new daycare that meets my toddlers needs and have provided a loving nurturing environment were toddler continues to grow and develop into the amazing person my toddler is and is confident and not scared to talk and interact with other kids as the kids actrually play with my toddler . We got lucky when I returned to work and this was the only daycare with days available. The centre is fantastic and our child loves the shared play spaces. The meals are healthy, delicious and lovingly prepared and the fruit tray left every afternoon is a hit with our toddler (and a saviour on the ride home). The staff are just wonderful. Everyone is so welcoming, attentive and caring. We receive regular communication and updates on our child’s development. We cannot recommend this daycare enough. Read more
