My son has attended since the opening in August 2025. I cannot fault the centre at all. From the beginning, my son has come out of his shell as well as learnt so much and made so many friends. Anita and the team have been amazing, caring for my child, foods provided, learning experiences and updates of my son . The full works !

About Bluebird Early Education Spring Farm

Welcome to Bluebird Early Education Spring Farm and thank you for taking an interest in our centre.

Bluebird Spring Farm is a supportive, nurturing and fun Educational Facility, our goal is for you and your Family to feel a sense of belonging the moment you walk through our front
door!

We believe that open and free flowing communication is essential in creating trusting and long-lasting partnerships with our Families. To keep you informed we used several communication methods such as: Monthly newsletters, weekly parent memos, emails and our online application Educa. Educa allows you to log in and view your Childs learning journey or photos, at any time – we find this to be an incredible resource for our busy families.

Our Team of experienced Educators are passionate about providing high quality, personalised care and education – where children are celebrated for their unique differences
and supported to develop into happy, inquisitive, well-balanced individuals.

Nutrition and healthy eating are crucial to a child’s development. At Bluebird Spring Farm we have a Qualified Chef who prepares 5 wholesome, fresh and delicious meals on site, each day. We also have a Parent Area where you can grab yourself a coffee, after you have dropped off your children, with freshly cooked muffins or a piece of fruit to help you start your day.

We pride ourselves on our ‘Open-Door Policy’ which encourages Families to visit or participate in our Studios, their child’s curriculum or any special events held throughout the
year. We want to ensure that you always feel connected, appreciated and supported by our Bluebird Spring Farm Community.

We look forward to creating a wonderful Learning Journey for your child.

Meet the team

Hello my name is Anita, and I am so proud to be leading the wonderful team here at Bluebird Spring Farm as Centre Manager. With over 9 years of experience in Early Childhood Education and 3 years in leadership, I bring both passion and a strong understanding of what it takes to create a nurturing, high-quality learning environment for children.

I began my journey in Early Childhood because I believe deeply in the importance of early intervention. These first five years are so crucial, and I wanted to be part of making sure children receive the support they need before they head off to big school. My goal is to ensure every child in our care feels safe, supported, and ready to thrive—both now and into the future.

At Bluebird, I’m committed to building a secure, inclusive space where children feel confident to explore and grow, and where families feel valued and involved. Strong relationships are at the heart of everything we do—between educators, children, and families—and I’m excited to continue fostering those connections every day.

I can not wait to meet you and your Family and welcome you into Bluebird Spring Farm.
About the curriculum

About the curriculum

The Kindergarten program is a complete cycle of each individual child’s development. Educators see and learn the ways children take on new knowledge and adapt their teaching practices to cater for them. The environment is busy and forever changing as learning evolves. You’ll often find the Kinder children out at Forest School, where the natural environment is the teacher.

Through many literacy games, active outdoor play, and day-to-day activities, Educators strive to get each child ready for their first year of school, providing them with the emotional, physical and intellectual support.

Qualified Teachers constantly critically reflect on their curriculum, ensuring that it’s at its best for the diversity within the centre. A home away from home, where learning takes flight with the little Bluebirds.

Centre philosophy

Centre philosophy

Forest School Program - Each week the children will travel to a local national park or bushland area, where they will be able to play and explore freely, under the discrete observation of the educators.

Kindy of Kindness - Initiatives may include visits to aged care facilities, baking for the local emergency services, and fund-raising projects to assist charity groups.

Sustainability Program - By taking part in daily sustainable living practices including recycling, composting, worm farming, energy and water saving, the children develop a working understanding of how they can play a vital role in protecting the environment.

Community connections - By forging strong community ties they enable the children to develop a deep sense of belonging and connection to the world around them, construct an understanding of how society works, and begin to recognise and respect the shared values that unite us.

Technology focus - Technology is introduced through a play based approach. Educators role model and assist children to gain new knowledge and to better understand concepts through the designated computer programs.

Health & Nutrition

Health & Nutrition

The centre believes in a hands-on approach to teaching children about food, which is why cooking classes are offered as part of the curriculum.

Children are encouraged to help out where they can, whether that’s chopping fruit for smoothies or pouring them out for everyone.

Food is used as a way to teach children about identifying their needs and attending to them. Children can access drink stations and fruit bowls for a quick snack.

We recently transitioned our two children to this centre after some serious concerns with our previous centre, Our daughter and son have settled in so beautifully, the care their educators show is unmatched they’re warm and welcoming and go above and beyond to make our children feel loved, Our Sons educators have taken into consideration his needs with his hearing aid, allergy and intolerances which gives me peace of mind that he is in safe hands, Anita and Kahla always go out of their way each day to greet and check in with us, we can see the difference in our kids already, we now have a hard time with getting our kids to want to come home of an afternoon , Thank you so much to everyone at Bluebird Springfarm

Response from the owner 02 Oct 2025

Karleigh, thank you so much for your kind words. We’re thrilled to hear that your children have settled in so well and that our team has been able to support their individual needs. Anita, Kahla, and all the Educators will be delighted to know their care and attention have made such a positive impact.

We moved across to Bluebird just last month and, to be honest, I was a little cautious at first given the history. But the moment I walked through the doors and was greeted by Anita, all of that went away. It’s so refreshing to walk into a centre and be met with such warmth and genuine care. My kids absolutely love it, they scream with excitement to get inside and see their educators and friends everyday. At pick up, they never want to leave and it’s clear that the AM and PM educators communicate really well. They’re across the whole day and can give a proper update, rather than the standard “they had a good day.” That makes such a difference as a parent. All of the educators are so well trained, caring, and attentive to each child’s needs. You can genuinely see that they give their all to provide the best possible care. I highly recommend Bluebird, it’s been such a positive move for our family.
