Great childcare centre with a warm, welcoming, and inclusive environment. Plenty of space for play and activities, which really supports children’s learning and confidence. The educators are caring, professional, and genuinely attentive to each child’s needs. Special thanks to Kanchana for her amazing dedication and nurturing approach. The centre has shown noticeable improvements under the new management. Highly recommended!

I had a great experience completing my 25 days placement at Auburn kids learning centre. I really enjoying finishing my placement at this centre. The staff were friendly, patient and always willing to help and guide me. I learned a lot by observing how the staff interacted with the children and created welcoming environment. The centre provided a safe environment where children were encouraged to learn through play. I would like to say special thank you to Miss kanchana , the manager and Miss June and Miss Mukesh for my guidance, support and kindness throughout my placement. I Would recommend this centre to others interested in childcare.
Auburn Kids Learning Academy (AKLA), formerly known as Banana ELC, provides early childhood education and care services to children aged 6 weeks to 6 years.
At Auburn Kids Learning Academy, we believe childhood is a time of wonder, identity, belonging and possibility. Our philosophy is grounded in the principles of the Early Years Learning Framework V2, the National Quality Standard, the Code of Ethics of Early Childhood Australia, the rights outlined in the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child, and Australia’s Child Safe Standards.
We recognise children as capable, confident and active participants in their learning. We honour diversity in culture, language, abilities, identities and family structures, and we are committed to inclusive, equitable and respectful practices. We create environments and relationships that support children’s wellbeing, confidence and voice, while helping them learn to respect Country, their community and natural environment.
We believe every child has the right to feel safe, valued, heard and respected.
We commit to:
• Providing inclusive learning environments that support diverse abilities, learning styles and developmental needs.
