Our son has been going here since he is five months old. They are all amazing teachers that are caring our son. We are rely happy with them.

3 of my kids have attended this centre, the team with Mal and Gina are amazing. Couldn’t recommend it more.

Our daughter has been attending Little Zak's Auburn for a year now and we are very happy with the centre, the staff and the overall experience that we have had so far. The centre is also an amazing facility.

I honestly couldn’t be happier with our experience at Little Zak’s Auburn. Since my children started attending the centre, I have seen such a huge improvement in their confidence, communication, learning, and overall development. It’s so beautiful to see how much they have grown in such a short amount of time. All of the educators are incredibly caring, patient, and supportive, and they truly make the children feel safe, loved, and comfortable every single day. A special thank you to Ms Gina, Melisa, and Dipa for always going above and beyond for both the children and parents. They are always so welcoming, understanding, and helpful with everything, which makes such a difference as a parent. My children genuinely love going to the centre and are always excited for their daycare days. Knowing they are in such good hands gives me so much peace of mind. I’m so grateful to have found such a warm, nurturing, and supportive environment for my kids. Highly recommend Little Zak’s Auburn to any parent looking for a childcare centre that truly cares.

We’ve had a great experience with Little Zak’s Academy. From the beginning, the team has been warm, professional, and genuinely caring, which made the transition really smooth for our child. A special mention to Malisa, the Centre Director, for creating such a welcoming and supportive environment. Her approach and leadership really show throughout the centre. We’re very happy with our child attending Little Zak’s Academy and would highly recommend it to other families.

Wish I could rate this zero stars! My child absolutely hated this childcare. I had my child enrolled here for less than two months where he had over 10 incidents where he had been hurt (marks on his body). The "educators" noticed only less than half of those probably because they are not actually watching the children. Reporting was only completed by the centre 3-4 times. So they don't comply with incident reporting regulations. They also don't comply with teacher to educator ratios as I saw more than 10 children per educator numerous times. My child was miserable here and never wanted to go which is very out of character. He was always sad when I picked him up. When I would try to drop him off he would be kicking and screaming. Educators and rude, unwelcoming and always look like they can't be bothered. My child gained ZERO academic improvement, and also started acting out emotionally. The director and receptionist look like they have no clue about anything to be honest. I only ever spoke to one reasonable staff member here who is the area manager (Leanne) and not even there to see anything at the centre. I conducted my own research after being disgusted with this centre and came to find they had an affiliate centre close down as TWO educators physically assaulted two toddlers and this happened a year ago. I am not sure what all the good reviews are about... the only good thing about this place is it is aesthetically pleasing BUT absolutely nothing else! Location is also horrible on Parramatta road (so much traffic). I urge you to avoid this centre.

Don’t listen to the 1 star review, they have no idea what they are talking about and frankly it’s slanderous at this point, I’ve been bringing my girls here almost since open, staff hasn’t changed. There has been one, ONE person who had actually left due to personal reasons and aside from that new staff. You know people who are looking to get into childcare, NEW staff. And for management the old centre manager is still very much apart of the day to day, they are just more focused in the back end but we still see here every day. The new staff always love to see the kids anytime we drop off and pick up the girls and they are very engaging. The mix up with clothes - is easy especially when most parents by the SAME STUFF unintentionally (I’ve been done by that before) The kinderm8 system is an IT error not a centre error and they are looking to rectify it. To the person who put that one star review has serious problems, I’ve come in whilst other parents are complaint and I can assure you THAT parent in particular has no clue what they are even saying. We’ve been to other centres and those have lied about a lot of stuff with my kids and little Zaks takes the best care of my girls that I could’ve asked for, and when the leave I know the whole centre will be upset because of how much the adore ALL the kids So if you d taken time to read this review please disregard the 1 star review because frankly it’s bullshit.
