The educators are great – friendly, caring, and always making sure the kids are having a good time. There’s a good mix of activities to keep them engaged, and my older son always comes home excited to share what he’s been up to. My youngest always seems happy and content when I pick him up. The food is solid – healthy and the kids definitely enjoy it. They also throw some fantastic events throughout the year, like the Christmas party at Chipmunks, and celebrations for Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, and other special occasions. It’s clear they put a lot of thought into creating a positive, fun environment. Highly recommend this daycare! Read more

I can honestly say that not all day care kindy programs are the same - this one is excellent. The staff are caring, knows each kid well and caters to their interests. Everyday, she gets involved at so many different activities and comes home happily recounting them. There's chef on site so there's nutritious hot meals daily too. Read more

Our son has been attending Happy Tots for nearly two years, starting in the nursery room and now getting ready to move up to pre-kindy. He absolutely loves coming to the centre and has developed wonderful relationships with many of the educators—not just in his room but also from other rooms, as the children often share the outdoor play areas in the mornings and afternoons. Each morning, I feel confident leaving him in the care of the amazing Happy Tots team, knowing he’ll have a fun and enriching day. The photos and updates shared through Storypark are such a highlight of my day! We’ve also noticed how well he eats during his four days at the centre, enjoying a variety of healthy meals far beyond what he would typically eat at home. When he experienced a brief phase of separation anxiety, the educators were incredibly supportive, helping him to settle in quickly and feel secure again. A big shoutout to Nadia, the director, who has been leading the centre so well for over a year now. Her approachable nature, excellent management, and dedication to knowing each child personally have created such a warm and stable environment. The consistency of the staff has been a huge comfort for us and, most importantly, for the little ones. I highly recommend Happy Tots to any family looking for a daycare that genuinely cares about children’s growth, happiness, and well-being. Read more

My daughter has absolutely loved happy totts on Pickering, the staff love her like they are her own, and the food is 10x... My daughter has absolutely loved happy totts on Pickering, the staff love her like they are her own, and the food is 10x better than I cook her at home, she went from the nursery to the toddler room seamlessly, and has developed so much since being here. Gutted we are leaving to move to Sydney, will be back in 2 years so we can enrole our new born son here Read more

This place has very poor communication. We have contacted them multiple times via email, Facebook and phone to try and get our child... This place has very poor communication. We have contacted them multiple times via email, Facebook and phone to try and get our child on the waiting list. Each time we have been told that they will send us the wait list information, however we still have not heard from them. We have ended up putting our child into a different daycare. Read more
