Glowing recommendations for Goodstart Dawn Road! I have a super wild 3yr old boy who absolutely loves coming to care here. He’s been able to build great relationships with every educator he’s worked with, admin and management staff included. It’s a great relief knowing that he is safe and comfortable regardless of who is working on any given day. Extra points to the huge newly upgraded outdoor area. He can run and ride and play to his hearts content and centre is always packed with all sorts of play materials both indoor and outdoor to keep his busy little mind and body ticking until it’s time for pick up. Thank you all for providing such a beautiful space for our little humans!!

Our children have recently returned to Goodstart Dawn Road after moving away for a year. My son and daughter have settled back in so well, even after an extended period away. The staff ensured both kids had a smooth and easy transition back and were made to feel welcome. The staff are kind, approachable and patient. It is clear they truly care about the kids at the centre. We couldn't recommend the centre more.

Moving to Goodstart Dawn Road from a different daycare was the best decision I have made for my ND boy and little girl. From the start, Megan (Director) and Kim (Admin) have been incredibly proactive, supportive and welcoming. The centre genuinely lives its values of inclusion. It is not just something they say, it is reflected in how they work with families and support every child as an individual. They have taken the time to collaborate with us to find strategies that help our son feel safe, confident and able to succeed. As a parent, it means so much to feel heard and to know your child is supported in an environment where they can truly thrive. A big thank you as well to Jade, Eleni, Rylee and Rachel for helping make the transition so smooth for both of my children. Their kindness and care helped them settle in quickly and feel comfortable at the centre. We are so grateful to have found such a supportive, inclusive and caring environment for our kids.

We couldn’t be happier with this daycare centre. The staff are absolutely fantastic and genuinely take the time to build strong, trusting relationships with the children. Many of the educators have been here for years and the staff all work together well and make a great team. The educators are always coming up with engaging and creative activities to keep the kids happy, learning and well occupied, and the outdoor play area has recently been upgraded and is wonderful. My children feel comfortable with multiple staff members, which makes morning drop-offs much easier and really helps with any separation anxiety. The director and admin team are also incredibly supportive and always do their best to accommodate us whenever we need an extra day, which we really appreciate. When I first toured the centre, I wasn’t sure about the idea of a shared playground as at our previous centre, the play spaces were separated by age. But it has been such a positive experience. The shared outdoor space allows my children, who are in different rooms, to see and play with each other during the day. The nursery still has its own dedicated playground. The shared area also means there are always plenty of staff eyes on the children and it helps the older kids learn to be considerate of the younger ones. We feel very lucky to have found such a caring, supportive and well-run centre and would highly recommend it to other local families.

All the staff at Goodstart have been nothing but kind and welcoming as we’ve made the move to Brisbane from Perth. Our daughter started at Goodstart two weeks ago, and like any parents, we were understandably nervous and wanted nothing but the very best for our little girl. Megan and her team have absolutely put us at ease from day one. Their care, warmth and professionalism have been outstanding, and it’s clear how much they genuinely care for the children. Most importantly, Grace loves it which means the world to us.

My daughter started attending Goodstart at the beggining of the year and she absolutely loves it. The teachers are so kind, caring and welcoming. A handful of the staff have been there for over 20 years, which really shows in the sense of stability, experience, and trust they bring to the centre. The spaces are well set up and clearly thought out, encouraging both play and learning in a safe and stimulating environment. Everything has a purpose, and it’s easy to see the intention behind how each day is structured. We also really appreciate how Dawn Rd fosters friendships among the children. It’s heartwarming to see how our daughter has built connections with her peers – learning important social skills and developing a real sense of belonging. Most of all, the joy our daughter feels when she’s there says it all. She’s thriving, happy, and deeply connected to her educators and friends. We’re so grateful to have found a place that feels like an extension of our home, and we truly can’t recommend Goodstart Albany Creek Dawn Road enough!
