UPCCC is an amazing community that we could not recommend highly enough. All the staff, educators and parents care so much about the children and form an engaged community we're proud to be part of. The care and education our child receives is excellent. The staff retention, pay, training, and ratios are outstanding, ensuring children do not face continual staff turnover and have the benefit of highly trained educators in a supportive environment. We are so grateful to have this centre as part of our 'village'.

We could not be happier with UPCCC for our daughter. It is a vibrant community of educators, carers, and parents who really care about all aspects of our child’s development. Staff to student ratios are nation leading, as is staff retention. The setting is amazing, right by the lake and museum with lots of nature and outdoor play.

Fantastic daycare centre with great continuity of educators and strong community. We love that they are low-tech and put all their care and attention on the children. So grateful to have found such a great centre.

We feel so lucky that our son is able to be part of the UPCCC community. Since commencing at around 6months, he has blossomed under the wonderful care of the educators there. The educators are highly experienced, caring, and really get to know the children. They are highly attuned to our son's individual needs and he learns so much at his days there. The new facility is also exceptional; the rooms are beautiful and always immaculate, and I really value the emphasis they place on outdoor learning and play-based learning. After touring several childcare centres to make the decision, I know how fortunate we are to have our son at UPCCC. It's a brilliant community and we could not recommend more highly.

We feel so lucky to be part of the UPCCC community. The educators are warm, dedicated, and genuinely care about each child’s wellbeing and development. Our children have thrived in such a nurturing, play-based environment, and we’ve loved watching them build strong friendships and grow in confidence. The communication from staff is fantastic, and the centre’s strong values around inclusion, community, and child-led learning really shine through. The recent move to the new building has been managed thoughtfully, and it’s wonderful to see the team creating such a beautiful, engaging space for the kids. Our son went through UPCCC from nursery to preschool and now our daughter is on the same adventure. We feel incredibly lucky to have our kids in UPCCC. The educators are truly outstanding. Both kids also had so much fun and learned social and reasoning skills. It is also a welcoming and warm community.
