We feel incredibly lucky to have found Giraffe -Warringah for our son and daughter. My son has allergies that unfortunately made many daycares hesitant to take him — until Giraffe opened! From the very beginning, Bec has been absolutely amazing. She took all the worry off my shoulders by curating the menu specifically around his needs, ensuring his allergies were never a problem. That level of care and thoughtfulness continues to mean so much to our family. What’s even more wonderful is how much my son loves it there. I thought it would take a while for him to settle in after being at home for so long, but on his very first day, he literally waved me goodbye with the biggest smile — no hesitation at all! The entire team at Giraffe is incredible. Every staff member knows your name and your children’s names. At both drop-off and pickup, we’re always warmly greeted and given a lovely run-down of our child’s day. It’s clear how highly engaged they all are with the kids — the activities and day plans are so thoughtful, fun, and developmentally rich. This is hands down the most accommodating daycare we’ve experienced. They genuinely care, and it shows in every little detail — from the way they communicate, to how beautifully kept and clean the centre is. There are plenty of age-appropriate resources and activities that keep them engaged and happy throughout the day. It gives me so much peace of mind knowing they’re in such a nurturing environment.
