Baby safety first!!!
My baby’s experience at this center in terms of safety was truly disastrous. My child sustained numerous injuries there; the last time, it was an injury to his nose, and the next morning, blood was still coming out of his nose. I was really scared and very sad. As a result, I decided to permanently withdraw my child from this center. The teaching in general is appreciated, but the supervision regarding children’s safety is truly disastrous given the experience my child went through. This school needs to understand that a child is the most precious to a parent. So you should take care of our children because it is because of our children that your school exists; therefore, the very least you can do is pay attention to the children’s safety. I sent the following email to the managers before permanently withdrawing my child from this school.

Good morning, I hope you are doing well. I would like to give you advance notice that my daughter will no longer be attending classes at your school. Seeing my daughter in pain really breaks my heart. This morning, blood was coming out of her nose due to an injury she sustained there. I hope she hasn’t suffered an internal fracture inside her nose. If the bleeding continues, we’ll have to see a doctor. Unfortunately, I don’t believe your incident report. I know something else happened. That’s because the baby can’t talk yet; otherwise, he would have been able to explain exactly what happened. All of this is happening because the educators aren’t supervising the children properly. My baby just turned 2 years old recently. 2-year-old is still a baby. She doesn’t understand anything at that age. He’s too vulnerable. So the educators need to keep a close eye on her. My baby will never set foot in that school again. Currently, my little girl attends your school only once a week. I’m not familiar with your safety protocols, but every time my daughter comes to your school, she comes home with an injury. The last time she came home, herlips were cut and swollen, with blood on her mouth. She even had trouble eating at home. My little one is only 2 years old—she’s still a baby—so your teachers and educators need to be able to keep a close eye on the children.
She only comes to your school once a week, and she always comes home with injuries. I really wonder if your teachers and educators are supervising the children when they play outside. It’s unacceptable that she gets hurt every single time. I don’t know if you can imagine the pain a parent feels when they see their child suffering from injuries or bleeding. Therefore, I prefer to withdraw my child from your school while there is still time, because I don’t know what kind of injuries my child might sustain next. It could be an eye injury, a broken arm, a broken foot, or even a broken neck—and my baby could die for no reason. I am not criticizing your teaching, but when it comes to safety, you need to work even harder with you educators for the children’s well-being. I am not speaking only for my child but for the well-being of all the children at your day care school school. You must do more to ensure the children’s safety so as not to tarnish your school’s reputation. This is a message from a parent whose heart is broken at the sight of their baby suffering.
Kind regards "
I don't know if other children have suffered serious injuries at this center, but parents who still have children there should speak with the staff so they can take the necessary precautions and measures to ensure your children's safety while there's still time.
Prevention is better than cure !!!
I've regretted it ever since the first day I enrolled my child in this center. It was a huge mistake to enroll my child in this daycare school.
