I can’t speak highly enough of Saltwater and their incredible staff—many of whom have been there for 10 to 20 years. Saltwater is so much more than a childcare center; they’re like family when we’re at work. The level of care, empathy, and fun they provide is truly second to none. Both my son and daughter have had the most wonderful experience at Saltwater. I’m genuinely heartbroken that my daughter will be leaving for prep soon. Their kinder programs are unmatched in the west. The meticulous planning that goes into everything—not just from an educational perspective, but with the child’s well-being at the center—means the world to me. While other centers might claim to teach about the environment or Welcome to Country, at Saltwater, these are genuinely embedded into daily life. If you’re on the fence, I highly recommend speaking with Nancy and spending some time in the rooms—you’ll see the difference for yourself.

I could not rave about Saltwater more! It’s the most welcoming and calm centre. Starting my daughter here at 15 months old was so smooth; she immediately developed a beautiful trust with her 2 educators who got to know her so quickly. After only a few months, she now runs into the centre every morning, so excited to see her friends and educators - Saltwater the best decision we made!

We absolutely love Saltwater Childcare! The staff are warm, caring, fun and always go above and beyond for the kids. Our child has learnt so much over the past couple of years and is still so excited to go every morning. The centre feels welcoming and has built a wonderful sense of community. Their great staff retention also speaks volumes about the positive, supportive environment they’ve created. We couldn’t ask for a better childcare centre!

We’ve had two kids go through Saltwater and our third will be starting soon — which probably says it all. We tried a few centres before Saltwater, but this one has such a nice vibe. The educators have been around for years and now we feel a bit like family. The kinder teachers are very planned and engaged and share lots of photos and stories on the app. What I really love is that my kids actually skip through the doors in the morning — we can’t ask for much more than that.
