体验非常差，1️⃣我儿子去了两个月有一天开始拒绝去这里，从家门口开出去转弯就开始哭，到了childcare门口哭闹严重，哭闹半小时也坚决不肯下车。问起来他说“老师骂人”“老师坏坏”。当我当面告诉room leader我儿子不肯来的时候，她的心虚表情让我更肯定他们没有善待我儿子 2️⃣里面的老师会因为咬人大声吼我儿子，有一次刚好去接的时候看见了。 3️⃣里面有个老师非常不负责任！ 强烈建议辞退！！enrollment的时候我只是跟她说了语言治疗师一岁多的时候说过我儿子语言delay， 入学时候已经2岁了， 我儿子正常并且没有得到任何确诊，她直接和其他老师说我儿子有问题。 并且有一次向我要材料的时间用非常嘲笑的语气说“他的理解能力” 我感到非常困惑。且不说儿科医生和专业机构以及另一个child care的老师都说我儿子根本没有问题， 在澳洲三岁之前都不能对任何孩子下定论，真的让我觉得莫名其妙，直到有一天我去问room leader才知道她们一直因为这个老师得到关于我儿子错误的信息。 这个传话的老师我请问是你的脑子有问题吗？ 你的理解能力才有问题吧，就你这种人还当老师？ ！ 4️⃣教室的窗户全部用黑黑的布挡起来，从外面看不到里面。整个就像一个封闭的幼儿园，当你接孩子的时候， 有老师看见家长会赶紧跑进去给里面的老师通风报信。 如果你的孩子还不会说话，真的不建议来这里，里面的老师都很mean， 整体氛围也很紧张
Hi Bella Yu, the statements made in this review do not accurately reflect the practices, environment, or care provided within our centre. We understand that transitioning between two early learning services, alongside changes to attendance routines, can sometimes be challenging for young children while they are still building relationships and adjusting to a new environment. During this time, our educators and staff work closely with families to support a child’s wellbeing, confidence, communication, and independence within the room environment. At no stage has a child been labelled or treated differently. Any discussions between educators regarding speech, language, or developmental support were based on information shared directly by the family and were approached in the context of providing appropriate support and inclusive care for a child’s early learning journey. Collaborative discussions between educators regarding children’s needs and development are a standard and important part of providing high quality care. We would like to clarify that respectful and supportive interactions with children are an expectation of all educators and staff at our centre. There have been no reports or incidents of educators yelling at children. The biting incident referenced was communicated professionally to the family as part of normal duty of care and behaviour support practices. Supporting children through behaviours such as biting is a common part of early childhood education and is managed calmly and respectfully. The description of the physical environment does not reflect our centre set-up. Our learning environments are designed to be open, welcoming, and well supervised, and communication between educators during arrivals, departures, and transitions is a normal part of maintaining children’s safety and wellbeing throughout the day. My child has been attending this centre for several years, and I have always felt completely safe leaving her in the care of the educators. The team is caring, professional, and very supportive. The educators communicate well with me about my child’s development whenever I ask and always provide helpful advice. My child absolutely loves coming to the centre and comes home happy every day, excited to share what she has learned and played. I am very grateful for the care my child receives here and would highly recommend this centre to other families.

A wonderful childcare centre with caring, dedicated educators who create a warm and nurturing environment.
