Excellent childcare and staff who are open to work with families and the children, especially those who many need additional support.

I enrolled my daughter into Phoenix Street after reading reviews from other parents on a local Facebook group. Best decision I made. She commenced when was 8 months old and attended 2 days per week. I was so nervous, however, the educators in the nursery were beyond excellent with her. They made sure she felt safe and comfortable until she settled in (which took a while!) and reassured me every step of the way. My daughter was only there 3 months, but during her time there she thrived. The genuine care and support she received was beautiful, and really put me at ease. She only left due to relocating out of the area. I was so incredibly sad about leaving (and still am!). We're already planning to visit in a few weeks! The centre may not be as flashy as other centres in the area which is absolutely fine - the more important thing is that your child is being looked after by high quality, caring educators which Phoenix Street has.

We had a great experience with both our kids here over a few years. They still talk about the yummy food and playing in the mud pit!

My little one have been going here for almost a year. The educators and staff have been incredibly supportive, accomodating and kind. Not only it was challenging trying to start childcare during lockdowns it was also our first time going through the process. Can't thank the team enough for raising our precious child learning so much everyday!

I cannot praise Phoenix St Children's Centre enough. The staff and educators are always happy, enthusiastic and above all caring and kind. My kids are recieving qaulity education get all the love and hugs they need there and I feel at ease knowing they are in such an environment. I thank my lucky stars that I found Phoenix St after touring many childcare centres and pulling my kids out of another. I was picky and accepted nothing less than qaulity- thankyou Phoenix St!

This is definitely a recommend centre for your children. From the moment to step in you feel more than welcome and at home. I have had both my children attend the centre. My first son who is now 11 loved it there and I wouldn't of had it any other way with my 2nd son who is only 2. Even after walking back into the centre after about 7 years some of the workers actually remembered me and looking after my first son. I had looked around the area for other places and temporarily had him in another centre but finally when a spot came up at Phoenix St I moved my son there straight away. I cant explain exactly what it is but I feel comfortable and the staff are all amazing. I can tell they love all the kids and try so hard to make them feel like its their home away from home. I can go to work knowing my sons looked after and had so much fun and learnt so much I couldn't have time to do with him at home. The weekly updates and photos are also something I love seeing.
