Thank you very much to Lina and the whole crew at Phoenix Street. Between our two boys, we have had a little one at the Phoenix Street childcare and kinder since mid 2020. The staff are lovely, professional and staff turnover has been remarkably low. It's not as ‘shiny’ as some of the other centres in the area, but the warmth and joy is unmissable and what our boys have responded so well to over the years. Thanks Phoenix!

We are very happy with this childcare centre. Our 2 children are in care here and feel safe and happy every day. The educators are kind, patient, and caring. We have seen great improvement in their confidence, social skills, and learning. Communication with parents is excellent, and we always feel welcome. The director is friendly and supportive, and the centre has a warm, caring atmosphere that feels like a second home. I enrolled my son at Phoenix Street from his toddler years, and the care and support provided by the team, led by Lina, has always been thoughtful, genuine, welcoming, and truly family-oriented. My son absolutely loves attending. He is now in his final year of kindergarten and is very sad to be leaving, but he knows many other lucky children will experience the same level of care, attention, and quality education that Phoenix Street provides. What makes this centre especially wonderful is that, being council and government supported, the focus genuinely feels centred on the children, their wellbeing, and their development, creating a nurturing environment for families and the community.

This is an incredibly supportive and loving centre - educators and management care deeply about the kids and community. Very happy with the service they provide. Plus, the food always looks and smells delish!

My child attends this centre and I honestly couldn’t be happier with our experience. I’ve seen such positive changes in my child’s confidence and development since starting here. The activities are fun and engaging, and I love how the educators take the time to understand each child’s needs and interests. Communication has also been great — I always feel informed about my child’s day and progress. The centre is well-organised, and has a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The centre practice environmental sustainability and imbedded it in children’s learning programs. I’m really grateful to have found this place.

We love the educators and staff at this centre. Our children have thrived here and we are grateful to all who have been there over the past 4 yrs. Lina is a very approachable centre director and makes time for both parents and kids. All the staff here really take the time to know your child and their needs; they are all engaging and caring. Special mention also to Sohaila (chef) whose amazing cooking has made us very jealous of the kids on more than one occasion. Thank you all.

Great staffs, very helpful, and patient. They treat the kids like they are one of their own. We absolutely trust them with our child. The Centre Chef always cooks delicious food for the kids, for we always smell yummy food aroma when dropping our child off. The Centre feels like one big happy family. We are so glad that we send our child here. Our child had a few wonderful years, where she grew, and learnt under the Nurturing, and supportive educators. We highly recommend Phoenix St Children's Centre.
