My eldest daughter has attended a number of childcare centres over the years, so I can confidently say that Bay City Early Learning has been nothing short of amazing for my youngest. The staff are simply incredible—so kind, patient, and understanding—and the communication is the best I’ve experienced. A special thank you to the team in the infant room: you’ve been so gentle and nurturing with my little girl, and I truly can’t thank you enough. Rachel has created such a beautiful culture at the centre, and it really shows. The centre itself is immaculate—clean, well-maintained, spacious, and full of light. From the outside you’d never guess how big and thoughtfully laid-out it really is! All in all, this has been the best daycare experience I’ve had in the last 7 years. Thank you to the entire team for creating such a warm and safe space. My little one absolutely loves it—she barely glances back when I drop her off, and she’s just as content when I pick her up. From the very first phone call, Rachel was absolutely incredible. She was so understanding and empathetic when I explained my high expectations for what I wanted in a childcare centre for my children, and how the other centre they were at wasn't suiting my children. Rachel supported us through a smooth and thoughtful transition from another centre, taking the time to show me around, organise orientation sessions, and help my kids feel comfortable and confident in their new environment. We took things at a pace that felt right, and now my children attend full-time and absolutely love it. The educators are amazing — warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in each child’s development. The excursions and activities are second to none, offering experiences that are both engaging and enriching. I honestly cannot speak highly enough of the centre.
