My son has been going here for four months and he is absolutely settled. He was previously at another centre and just didn’t want to stay, always ready to come home. Here he is loving life always coming home so happy.

If I could give this centre 10 stars, I absolutely would! My eldest daughter has attended a number of childcare centres over the years, so I can confidently say that Bay City Early Learning has been nothing short of amazing for my youngest. The staff are simply incredible—so kind, patient, and understanding—and the communication is the best I’ve experienced. A special thank you to the team in the infant room: you’ve been so gentle and nurturing with my little girl, and I truly can’t thank you enough. Rachel has created such a beautiful culture at the centre, and it really shows. The centre itself is immaculate—clean, well-maintained, spacious, and full of light. From the outside you’d never guess how big and thoughtfully laid-out it really is! All in all, this has been the best daycare experience I’ve had in the last 7 years. Thank you to the entire team for creating such a warm and safe space. My little one absolutely loves it—she barely glances back when I drop her off, and she’s just as content when I pick her up. That says everything. Thank you, Bay City!

From the very first phone call, Rachel was absolutely incredible. She was so understanding and empathetic when I explained my high expectations for what I wanted in a childcare centre for my children, and how the other centre they were at wasn't suiting my children. Rachel supported us through a smooth and thoughtful transition from another centre, taking the time to show me around, organise orientation sessions, and help my kids feel comfortable and confident in their new environment. We took things at a pace that felt right, and now my children attend full-time and absolutely love it. The educators are amazing — warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in each child’s development. The excursions and activities are second to none, offering experiences that are both engaging and enriching. I honestly cannot speak highly enough of the centre. I’m so grateful for everything the team at Montessori Beginnings has done for me and my family. Thank you!

Our 18 month old daughter has just started day care for the first time and we are really happy with Montessori Beginnings Geelong so far. The centre is clean, the class size is small, the educators have been really kind and communication with staff is great.

Deciding to send your 12 month old to daycare is an emotional experience but I felt 100% supported by Rachel the centre manager and she is a wealth of helpful knowledge! Rachel’s prompt communication is outstanding and the educators in the infant room are caring and amazing with the kids. The centre has a beautiful feel, is super clean, clutter free, light and airy. The support through the transition has been nothing short of amazing and my son is very comfortable there. Thank you Bay City ELC we couldn’t be happier with you.

Family orientated centre

Absolutely love this for our kids. Lots of outdoor play, lots of creative spaces inside as well. Great staff and management. Highly recommended
